"Hmm... these floors never seem to be clean," Jerell said as he scrubbed the floors. 'Elves today sure do cook a whole lot... food stains are always here and there,' he thought.

"Hello, elfies!!!" Sora entered the room with a smile. Seeing them all working so hard to maintain the kitchen makes her remember the days when she was an elf. "I'm kinda thirsty... If it isn't too much to ask, could someone get me any drink?" she asked with a smile.

Schnerkel had been so busy making Valentine's decorations for the mistress and master's common rooms that she had not been paying attention to those around her. "Happy Valentine's Day!" she chirped up after the other elves. Then she heard the voice of a young miss and jumped at the chance to work for her. "What sort of drink would you like?" she asked as she brought out an array of choices. "Schnerkel has here pumpkin juice, hot chocolate, milk, water, and apple cider...but if Miss Sora wantses anything else Schnerkel would gladly get it!"

Two Things!
1) The Whole Elf of the Weeks thing (this is the stopping point) which means that I will only consider posts made before this one, when choosing. There are sooo many names to choose from!
2) Whenever I get the time (notably when the house members are dealt with) there will be a mass sorting/banning of the elves. Obviously everyone here (if you check the Entrance Hall enough) will not be banned, but sorted. So there's a heads up on a couple of things floating through my mind.

(Anneko bustles in) Sorry to be so late! Anneko is very new to being a House Elf at Hogwarts! But Anneko will begin baking cookies at once, for all the students.
La-la-la, happy to bake, being a house elf and making a cake... Wait, no, cookies! D'oh, my song doesn't rhyme anymore...
(Anneko continues baking with resumed elfish cheer)

Schnerkel bowed deeply as Sora left the kitchens, very happy that the mistress had smiled at her. Then she heard a elf offer up a spoon with cookie dough on it. Schnerkel felt slightly guilty that she was eating the masters food, but could not resist a little taste. "I sure would like one!" she chirped, "And my name's Schnerkel. Have you been around here for long?"
