Big Boss OBrien Well you can get the Etheral Honour Guard, but only one unit. That's a special unit though. I'm speaking of the rank and file, common Fire Warrior. heavenly angel goddess .. I never rely on my commander sweatdrop .. I use the combo so he can solo without to much help.... .. but that control node idea.. hmm should have to try it out.... .. hmm this really brings up another big question i don't know do you need to test priority with pathfinder marker lights? They are beams designed to help other tau units.. so I am not sure if they have to test to fire at what they want sweatdrop Pathfinders themselves still need to test for priority. The Markerlights can help other units bypass target priority, but frankly, they're better used for upping a unit's BS and dropping cover saves.

Xenos Mortium [Sanity_is_for_the_Weak] I agree with Arcon, that is a pretty shitty configuration. Babbalui *Adds another check mark to the stupid comments list* Once again, you guess beat me to it. [Sanity_is_for_the_Weak] There was no misunderstanding, that's still a shitty configuration. [Sanity_is_for_the_Weak] Yes, it was very stupid and rude. And I am giving you a suggestion in the form of a rude comment. It doesn't matter if someone has a configuration that doesn't work at all or is a completely ineffective setup. I for one will not tolerate anyone being outright rude and condescending to another member. If you want to continue to act like this, I have a nice and shiny "ban" button right next to your name. My comments are kept to a minimum as to avoid being overly rude. I previously appologized if I was being too harsh, but what good is this country if we can't speak our minds? I don't know where you have been, but most people get a verbal bashing atleast once in this guild unless their arguements are well planned and have a good base to them. I'm not being a smartass, i'm just stating my opinion. I was bashed once in here as well and that gave me motivation to better educate myself on the tau codex, so I may have more intelligent conversations with the rest of the tau players in here. If people take my verbal bashings the wrong way, then i'm sorry, but that is how they are intended.

I'm sorry if you've been bashed before in the guild, and that I may not have been there to reprimand your agressor(s). It's one thing to try and correct people or tell them that their tactics are inefficient, but it's entirely another to flat-out insult them and speak to them in a rude and demeaning manner. One thing I do not tolerate is for one to be condescending, especially when that person has proved once and again that they don't know what they're talking about more oft than not, and they are the ones who deserve to be treated in such a manner.

I went over the top on that.
What Babbalui says is true though, I did go through my hazing when I joined this guild, as a matter of fact I still get bashed for saying stupid things.
But yes, I said it an inappropriate fashion that was rude and unwelcoming.

I don't think you can have a basalisk, but you are indeed allowed to have imp guard units in your army. 3nodding There are rules for it, but I don't know where to find them. Heck, you might be able to incorporate a basalisk into the army, so if you can, then more power to ya'!

blast... thats a bumer.. guess only markers tau can take that don't need priority are skyrails, which are very good... for what they got they can be of a big help, and piranha's.. oh I love those skimmers... they work amazingly well 3nodding

Human Auxilaries. Ironically I JUST saw some in action recently.
They are imperial guardsmen, up to 2 in the squad may be armed with Pulse Carbine or Pulse rifle.

If you read your codex, it tells you about how the Tau talked some outlining imp guard-occupied worlds into fighting for the greater good.
I'm pretty sure you are allowed to use the Laemon Russ, but nothing else tank-wise.

To my knowledge, it's only the Guardsmen themselves. No Elites or havy Supports or anything I don't think.
