I think, for right now, the late responses you got prevented you from getting the opportunity, but I would hold onto the profile - at some point, they will have to come back for the Zanpakuto's, and with the 10th Division all but destroyed, I would think that the 6th Division would be one of the safer places to keep the Zanpakuto's.

While it's your character and you can do whatever you want with it. I think it'd be a little ridiculous to have EVERY highly skilled Kido user in the guild on the Vizards side. Unless that shinigami of yours is Gengyo's successor lol.

Yeah, I'm going to have to tell you to have to wait until a later time in the RP. For balance-sake, it's kind of gay for all the kido specialists (all of which are grandmaster and captain level) to all be on the same team. Let alone, all Vizard-out.
If we get replacements for all the division positions, I say go for it, but until then I am not letting anymore Captains in as Vizard RPCs.
