"Is it?" Allen pulled out his TADS to check the date, "Well I'll be a Mankey's uncle. Oh well!" He grinned, checking the time as well, mostly or reference sake.

Maddy entered the common room, looking a little upset.
"Why don't I have a valentine?!" She wailed, going to the kitchen to grab a Pepsi and drown her sorrows.
"Singles Awareness Day sucks!"

Dark seems oblivious to Allen's hint. (Because his RP Writer was too)
"Maybe it's because I'm not in school anymore but no one really makes a big deal out of V-Day anymore." He scratches his goatee chin. "Same thing with Halloween nowadays... I remember getting full chocolate bars as a kid. The spooky, mysterious decorating might just have been because I was so young and inexperienced with the world."

"I, uh..." Allen's mouth flattened to a line as Maddy began to scarf down the candies. He practically had to tear his eyes away from the girl eating the Pokemon treats, "Yeah, I didn't have much of that, I could never find a good enough costume to go around. Though, one time I remember I got something called a Rage Candy Bar, It was amazing." He reminisced for a moment, "Oh, That reminds me." He held up his Kabuto's Pokeball, unwrapped one of his nine leftover Rare Candies and held it up to the Pokeball. It was enveloped in the red light and absorbed into the ball. A few minutes later the Kabuto popped form the ball, landing on Allen's lap. It hopped around a minute before scuttling down onto the floor the run around.

Maddy turned to Dark, her face gone blank.
"Sure, but only on one condition..."
Cue anime :3 face with heart eyes.
"YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO GO ON A DATE WITH ME! Or be my Valentine. Same thing, I guess."

Allen snorted, "I was trying to suggest that to him a minute ago!" He laughed a a bright light erupted from behind the couch, the little dome grew bigger and bigger until it began sprouting limbs, a spiny back and a two long hardened sickles from it's front limbs. "Heeeyy! You evolved!!" He spun around in his seat to admire his new Pokemon, "Awwww, you look so adorable!" It took him a minute to realize he'd been asked a question, "Hmm? Oh! Sure!!" He hopped up off the couch.

Dark begins picking a few rare candies off the floor.
"Oh nice, congrats Allen."

"What's wrong with her?" Dark asks Allen, as he sends out his entire team. He then hands each of them two candies, which they quickly devour. "I wonder if people should be eating Rare Candies?"
