My Cousin and I did a 3v3 against some very hard computers. Damn was that a tug-of-war. First we met in the middle of the map, then it was more towards our bases, where I save my cousin's life, then outback towards the middle then back towards our base where we lost our ally computer. And finally we used the time in which our ally got wiped out to push all the way back into their base and win. It took a few hours for that one. More details on II.

Not sure what to think about that (DoWII)... The boss battle sounds like a bit of a drag, and I don't think that'd work at all in multiplayer... I like base building.

Did Horus nearly kill the Emperor by spamming tech-3 Troopers for half a hour from his base a few miles away? No Base Building just leads to a Simon says game they have tanks you build las-canons and so on lose the base building and things get dicey what happens if they have tanks and you don't have las-canons you have to think about what the units you have can do and use then in the best way possible.

Boss battles might bring in a more competitive edge to the coop aspect of the game, bit like the drops in WoW. Maybe bicker a little over who needs the bionik bonce the most or who wants the blue-titled bolter with the grinning skull on the side.

Kaori Kapoigne Why does the farseer look like a painted whore? confused
Because this game was created by a bunch of bloody imperials?
It bugs me that her voice is the same as Farseer Taldeer's from the earlier games. Did Taldeer survive again?

Bah, they probably just used the same voice-actor for the movie. Can you blame them? It's a good eldar-ish voice. I don't think they'll have the same person for the farseer in the game.
Otherwise, does anyone else think that looks waaaaaay too much like a hive fleet? sweatdrop
And where are my tanks?!

There is a rumor that it's chaos, and that the clouds and the moon form into a Slaaneshi symbol, but I don't see it. I thought I saw a eight-pointed star in the top left corner though.

It bugs me that her voice is the same as Farseer Taldeer's from the earlier games. Did Taldeer survive again?Because the new Farseer is a DC/Marvel reject. Why isn't she wearing gauntlets or a full helmet? *insert crude remark about fellatio and fapping here* Also, the hinted at enemy are the Nids or my name is no longer Mac. The black tendrils are the same as found on the galaxy maps showing Nid activity in the 5th edition rulebook. Nids could very well be the main antagonist of the game, much like the Necrons in Winter Assault. Eldar are also officially a player race, gameplay footage of a very nice Wraithlord with massive sword floats around the internet.

As much as I'd like Tyranids to be in it, I really want Chaos to return, they're too big to be left out.

I'm gonna guess that the one that the Farseer killed was a Chaos Marine. Therefore, Chaos is -already- involved unofficially. And you're right. They're too big of a player to be left out.

But where are my guardsmen? Come on, can you really put in the tyranids without putting in the men who face them most often? Imperial guard are the best defense against tyranids, just because they're equally numerous!
