...it's pretty ruthless. I guess that's why we all like her so much and why we all try to pretend like she's super nice and stuff... because otherwise your family could be in jeopardy.
(Well, I mean not mine, cause I'm too Awesome Ninja to allow Lilly to do anything without my knowing it... but still, for other people, it's scary.)

I know so many options right XD. And actually I believe Leaf is closed at least thats what Lilly said and she is the Hokage lol. So it really down to Kiri and Suna...so you should join Suna : D
