Sora was standing with his brother, congratulating his cousin, laughing and smiling. He was patting the boy on the back before he turned and froze. He tapped Yuke's shoulder, alerting him to the new medical ward admittant. Their grandmother. She looked hurt. And bad.

Yuke turned away from his wife and child, frowning. Their grandmother? What in the world? He walked over to Anya, who was pulling the curtain around Lunora's bed, and asked her what happened. "Fester's back."

Sora looked to his cousin worriedly. He grabbed his cousin by his shoulders, making Yuke look at him. "Stay here. Guard your wife. I'll go look for Fester." he said sternly, heading for the door of the infirmary.

Yuke nodded, not arguing with his cousin. He returned to Natalia's side, putting a hand on her shoulder firmly. Ghost watched as Sora took off, and she followed without a word.

Natalia looked to Yuke, gently laying a hand on his, trying to comfort him. "Calm down dear. Please. You're scaring me." she said softly, holding their sleeping daughter.
Sora roamed the halls, trying to sense the dragon, but it was in vain. "I'm sorry Ghost.... I lost him..."
But Fester had moved up to where Demetri had locked himself in. He had felt a familiar and weak, easily exploitable link. 'Demetri-kun~. Where are you~? Come put and plaaayyy~!'

Yuke took a deep breath and shook his head. "Do you remember when Ghost, er, died? The dragon who did that is back. For vengeance."
Ghost took Sora's hand and squeezed reassuringly. "No need to apologize, love. He's a tricky one."
Demetri cringed at the sound of Fester's voice, staying perfectly silent and still in an attempt to avoid the dragon.

Nattalia gently stroked his cheek. She wanted him to relax. The dragon didn't seem to be near or Sora would have stayed. "Please rest, Yuke."
Sora sighed some. "Let's get back to Yuke."
Fester grinned, nearing Demetri's door. "You can't hide from me, my pupil! I can smell your fear. And I can sense your vulnerable mind!" the dragon snickered, using his magic to lash out at the wizard's unprotected mind, trying to break him once more.

Demetri immediately began to think of Lunora being injured by himself when he was under Fester's influence, to fight against the dragon.
Yuke nodded, sitting on the edge of the bed and sighing. "I just don't want anything happening to you."

Sora had come in by then and smiled. "Then you don't have to worry. You two sleep. Me and Ghost will watch over you and, Grams. Get so sleep brother." the prince said, giving him a confident smile.
Fester grinned, phasing through the wall right over the wizard. "Hello puppet." the dragon hissed, sinking his claws into Demetri's head. But he had used magic so instead of killing the wizard, he went right into the man's head, right into his mind.

Yuke nodded to Sora with a thankful smile, leaning against the back of the bed and pulling his wife and daughter into his arms. He closed his eyes, relaxing with Natalia.
Ghost took Sora's hand and looked around. She didn't really want to encounter the dragon ever again. Not after he'd killed her.
Demetri yelped loudly, clutching his head as he tried to keep up his defense. You are Demetri, a father of two, grandfather of two. You have a great-grandchild on the way. A wife. You don't hate your brother...

Fester licked his jaws some "Come now Demetri. Do you really think they'll stay with you after what you did to the fox? They all will hate you. Let the fear and hate build in your heart. Prepare for the inevitable. They will abandon you." the dragon said, using his words to worm deeper into the man's mind.
Sora, kissed Ghost's hand, but guided her to a bed. "You need to rest as well." he said, kissing her forehead.

Demetri froze. He knew that Fester had a point. He'd hurt Lunora horribly, and hadn't he always been a little untrustworthy? They'd all been so suspicious of him... Demetri tried to tell himself that it wasn't true, but he was beginning to surrender to Fester.
Ghost rolled her eyes. "I'm fine you worrywart."

Sora wrapped his arms around her. "Do I have to make you squeal in front of my cousin and Anya? Or will I just button up my shirt?" he said, having developed a habit of wearing his shirts mostly unbuttoned.
