"Wouldn't it be easier to just kill them?" Aegina asked, looking at one of the surviving men. She wondered why they all collapsed at once when the woman died. Was the woman the one controlling ALL these soldiers at once? Aegina tried to not believe that someone would be as powerful as that.

Core looked at Aegina coldly. He didn't reply, but went with Chiasa and found some rope to tie the people up with.

Chiasa also shot a cold glare Aegina's way. "Let me see the rope," she said as her eyes began to glow a bit.

"Here," Core said and showed the rope to her. He wondered what she was going to do. Sometimes she's just full of surprises.

Chiasa focused on the rope and her eyes glowed brighter.
Core would have been able to feel the rope vibrating a bit in his hands as it slowly lengthened without loosing any strength.
Not after too long, Chiasa let out a breath. "There it will last us longer," she said.

Aegina shrugged. "Just sayin'." She said. She headed over to Core to get some rope.

Aislin let out a practically Feral Growl. Once she was out of this thing, she was going to kill someone. Didn't matter if she died too, she was going to kill one of these rat bastards for cheating her out of the rest of her money.
Gab scampered onto Chiasa's shoulders, hiding as best he could in her hair, "Can't We just leave that thing here, until Lin comes back... I don't like her..."

"She might be safer kept there, pinned down," Core said to Chiasa in agreement to what Gab said. He took the lengthened rope and gave Chiasa some rubber gloves that were on the desk, "Don't touch them with your skin," He said to her in caution, referring to the infected.

Chiasa nodded and pulled the gloves on. Then she was ready to help Core however she could.

Aegina saw that Core and Chiasa seemed to have this handled, so she stood against a wall and just watched.
Barick looked at Gab coldly. He didn't plan to leave Aislin here by herself anytime soon. He was willing to wait forever until she comems back.

Core pulled a pair of gloves on as well and started tying people up, with Chiasa helping. He felt terrible for all this. It was his fault that happened to Aislin...His fault that there was killing...He should have tried to convince Kir into coming along. How in the world did Kir handle it?

Chiasa kept glancing to Core as they worked. By the time they were done, she couldn't take it anymore. She went over to him and hugged him around the waist.

Seeing Chiasa and Core together made Aegina sigh. She partially wished that she was with Mana right now.

Core was surprised by the sudden hug, "Ch-Chiasa?" He asked, looking at her. Was she in pain or something?
