Sabin looked at Kim for a moment before calling out. "Rayne can I test out your bed?"
The mer shrugged. "Knock yourself out." He pushed his hair behind his ear. "The deep one is find I was just a little surprise that it was truely that deep. I like this place though what happen is their is a black out and the elevator quites working?"
Sabin grinned. "Come on I just want to lay on the bed. I'm not planning anything stupid Kim."

Susan got up and walked to a small door in the side of the wall by the elevator "these stairs will lead you down to the bottom floor, since your on the top floor these will be stairs only you use since the penthouse sutes always get the few extra privileges then the others would get. Though remember, you are on the 25th floor so when you start using these stairs remember that ever two flights is one floor" she said as she walked over and handed him the keys "they are for the two locks on the doors.
They are dead locked so noone can get in without the key and you will be kept safe. Dont worry there are security guards here at all times but these is just an extra procution thats all" she said as she walked over to the kitchen to have a look around.
Kim smiled "ok, fine, lets go" he said as he followed the angel to the room.

Rayne mmed looking down the stairs. Fifty cases of stairs to tramp down in case of an emergancy well maybe he could do a little bit and make it faster. "Ahh." He nodded shutting the door.
Sabin smiled slipping into the bedroom and flooped on the bed with a happy sigh.

Kim took off his shoes and got onto thebed next to the angel and put his arms around him "mmm, now this is heaven" he said as he cuddled into his boyfriend.
Susan smiled at him "so have you got any other questions or enquries you would like to ask?" she asked the mer.

Sabin snuggled against Kim."Mmm maybe we can stay here for tonight." He said smiling."Have a little home welcoming party for Rayne."
Rayne walked into the kitchen trying the faucets and then the stove. It all worked. He looked at Susan. "Is their a limit on occupants?" He incuquired."

Susan looked in her folder and saw what the owner of the complex said and then looked back at Rayne "as you own this then no but i advise that you just keep no more then a handful of people here and ones that arnt going to trash the place. Im sure you dont want that and Mr Lycurgus wont want it either since he will be paying for any damages so just becarfull, if others complain on this floor then we might have a little bit of a problem" she said as she folded her folder again.
Kim sure, im up for staying though dont expect me to party, you know what im like with crowds" he said as he nuzzled the angel.

Rayne shook his head waving it off. "I don't plan on anything too loud. At most I am going to have my brother and a few friends over. That is all." He said looking over at Ly."Thank you."
"Brother doesn't like crowds that much in places he is living at so don't worry." Sabin nuzzled his demon leaning over to kiss him. "Alright."

"Thats fine then" Susan said smiling at the mer and searched through her folder for all the aprorpite paper work and laid a few sheets on the table and filled in what she had to fill in, taking down Ly's credit card number and and handed it back to him and rested the pen on top of the forms. "if you would like to just sign here Mr Lycurgus "she said pointing to three differnt spots on the forms and if you would just just to sign in the spaces below his" she said looking at the mer.
"Then I can be on my way and I can leave you to get "settled in" she said as she pulled out the front door key for this place and waited for Rayne and Ly to finish. "If anything comes up I will contact you nd sort it out, but I am sure this will all be in order" she said to them both.
Ly signed the forms where he was meant to and handed the pen over to rayne.
Kim murred at the kiss and smiled at the angel as he cuddled him "thats fine then, I think I can handle spending the night here and I think I have the perfect way to christen this place, if your brother will be up to it." he said biting his lip before continuing and took a deep breath and let it out. "I would..." he paused and thought about what he was going to say for a moment but then shook his head to clear it and decided to go with it "I would like to have a threesome with your brother tonight if possible. I want you to take my virginity but I would like to carry on with the threesome" he said as he turned red and nuzzled his angels chest "and yes I am positive I want this" he said as he cuddled into him.

Rayne took the pen and scrowled his name onto the forms. "There we go." He placed the pen down. "Thank you Ly."
Sabin frozed and smiled softly leaning over kissing Kim holding him to him in a protective manner. "I will be careful with you and I'm sure Rayne will be to sweet heart."

Ly smiled at Rayne "your welcome Rayne" he said as he turned and looked back at Susan who was putting the forms away "and thank you Susan" he said as he smiled at her and stood up when she did.
Susan smiled at Ly and handed him her card "anytime Mr Lycugus" she said as she walked to the front door "goodbye for now" she said as she opened it and left, shutting it behind her.
Ly sighed "well thats out of the way" he said as he got up and wrapped his arms around his mates waist "you son now has a home" he said as he nuzzled him and then rested his head onhis mates.
Kim murred happily with the kiss and held the angel tight "I know that you will be careful with me, I just hope Rayne respects my wishes to allow you to take my virginity" he said as he nuzzled the angel.

Rayne nodded to Susan before walking to the bedroom his brother had disappeared into. "Sabin? Kim?" He called walking in.
Sabin kissed Kim gently looking up at Rayne. "Threesome?" He murred softly kissing the demon. "Gentle."He looked up at Raybe.
Rayne raised an eyebrow. "Lovely latter then."He replied causually.

Kim looked at them both "wait, you say this as if its a cassual thing, cant we talk about this or something first? I mean im still new at this and I know bearly nothing about your brother sabin let alone he knows nothing about me, cant we talk or something first?" he asked starting to feel like they were interested in only one thing.

Kim smiled softly and murred a little at the kiss and held onto the angel and sighed, relaxing a bit "thank you, I would like that, im sorry Sabin, im just so new at this that im still a little paranoid" he said the angel and just nuzzled him a little.
