lol practice! open up paint, or gimp, gimp is better, and just start trying to draw something. you won't always succeed at first, but practice makes perfect! I started out doing simple recolors of eggs then moved on to hatchies, I'm still not good enough to sprite an adult yet!

I may have to give it a try. hell if i can teach myself how to handcut dovetails for my woodworking i should have the patience to learn it.

start by doing simple things. the hardest part is, it's a mouse you are using. you're drawing by pixels, and pixels aren't always friendly when trying to draw subtle curves.

Hey, I'm from the South... in fact, my dad's family landed in South Carolina in 1688 and have never left the state, me included. blaugh Although the cave has stereotype rules, I think it would a hoot to have a redneck sprite! Maybe we could have a contest... sort of like an avi contest but with drawings and a brief narrative (just like the Cave on the sprite development from egg to adult).
Hmm... this has real possibilities. Going to give it some thought and let y'all know what I come up with. xd

Willa-Wisp darkladyvamp Again the light black isn't mine anymore XD But I snagged an emergency baby in the abandoned section. Sorry... thought I had deleted last night. Will do so after I add your new egg in. YIKES! And then I'm walking your new egg everywhere! It's only got 1.3 days left! eek You did delete it, but then I snagged another one on accident and it took me a while to abandon it XD Thanks for helping him hatch! I grabbed him because he only had 9 hours left.

looks like i bred me another alt! guess my Pax Pacis is good at it. and the split i've got in my sig i'm holding onto for wayward judge, but it can probably go into the walking group.
