Oh yes, I can understand that. Being proud of work is good. Though I never did understand why the worker guild will enjoy being thanked for their work but not being reminded which guild they are in.

Maybe it depends on the kind of work? I'd much rather be appreciated for my lawyerly or chef-ly skills than my senatorial skills.
