I calculate 84.367% chance of a favorable outcome. I myself have time traveled within the last week using these buffers without after-effect, though of course that was forwards and not backwards.

Now now, it should be relatively easy...Give me a day or so to test the subroutine and then we'll send you rocketing back in the timestream. It will be a great boon for my research, even though it's yet another thing on top of my workpile.
