Roran was stopped fighting, a distinct sound reached his ears. Hooves! Spinning around, a smile spread on his features as Lucius arrived. Walking up to him, he clasped his hand. "Thank God, we need this held. Who all is here?" Roran looked to see the other four men, but the smile only grew. "Syra's greatest warriors, I see."
Lucius nodded while examining the battle feild. "I saw only the best for my King. Shall we begin boys?" Lucius turned around from Roran to see the other four nod, and he turned back. "Looks like we have a kingdom to save."
Roran nodded as he began to fight again with the five new additions. He was surprised, though, to have Kaname jerk him back. The news struck his heart like a knife. He couldn't breath for a few moments, he dropped his sword, and just stood there. A moment or so after Kaname left, he broke into a run, pushing past Amaya's survant and towards the forest temple. He didn't care if they didn't want him there, he had to be there.
Lucius watched as Roran spoke to Kaname, and was about to walk over when the King didn't move, and got even more worried when his sword clanged against the ground. After Roran ran off, Lucius took his sword, planning to give it back.
Practically flying into the temple, he burst into the room they were in, but stopped immediatly when his eyes found the Queen. She was beat up badly, tears filled his eyes quickly. "No..."

Kaname didn't say anything as Roran shoved past her, just shaking her head as she followed. It seemed like all of Keros had lost hope, and since the kingdom lost hope, Amaya had lost hope, and was giving up on this world.
Amaya just lay there on the alter as Kerosians just wept as they prayed nearby. The wounds were closed, but she had lost a lot of blood, and all hope. She had been fighting for basically three days straight. She had no energy and she just didn't seem cut out to be the queen.

Looking to the priests, his eyes were demanding. "Is she going to die?" He was glaring at them, as if his eyes would kill them. "Well, is she?"

"We believe so King Roran...Her wounds have been controlled, but she seems to have given up. At this rate she will be dead at sunset..." The head priest told him, refusing to look him in the eyes, though even all of the priests' eyes and peoples eyes showed the look of defeat Amaya was feeling.

((Masked Warrior: thank you ever so much, Ruler: I voted the is Amaya dead one....))
Amy frowned, seeing Roran react so easily to what Kaname had just told him, she shook her head slightly, "guess we all got our ways of dealing with sadness" she mumbled to herself only, turning to Akori she walked to him, "so you decided to watch us get beat up in a fight rather than join the party eh?" she asked coldly.

Roran went over and sat down beside her, holding one of her hands. Looking to the priests, he was hoping they'd leave, but he didn't care anymore. "You know, we never got to have that child we wanted," his voice was soft, just above a whisper. "Remember the first day we met? I had been out visiting a town that was under Syra's rule, and had just gotten home. I went straight to your room, and knocked. Your precious voice told me to enter. After I opened the door, that was the first time I looked at you." Leaning down and kissing her forhead, more tears gathered in his eyes till they started to slowly fall.
Then on my first visit to Keros, when we had that first dance in the gardens, that was the moment I found out I loved you, the moment I knew our marriage would turn out okay." He sniffed, wiping a few tears from his face, and the ones who fell onto her face away. "You only had your country in mind. Keros, your sisters, and the peace. You sacrificed our chances of having a child to save my kingdom, one that wasn't even your own." He had to stop from sobbing silently, his heart was broken. "I...I never thought it would end this way. You, no, I never thought you'd be the one to die in battle."
"You were the best ruler Keros will ever have. Understand that, my love. Understand that you will go down in history, whether you live...or...not." Laying down next to her, he didn't care if he was disgracing anyone by laying on the altar with her, he didn't care about anything at the moment. After laying down, he got his arms around her, turning her face slightly so she was looking at him. Pecking her lips, he followed with another kiss, and another, before he kissed her passionatly. Her lips were already feeling cold. Crying some more, he just layed there, her in his arms, him sobbing into her shoulder. "I'm so sorry."

Her body was almost like ice, but hearing Roran's voice, some life and hope began to warm her body. She was mortally wounded, but now it seemed like she was trying to stay in this world. Amaya could just barely hear Roran, and she could hear him crying. Her breath began to pick up a little, but if she was moved in this state, there was no possible way she would make it. She was in a coma, but she could easily tip from life to death at any moment. The priests noticed the little flicker of life and took action, pulling out a little vial. It was the rarest of all things to come by. A striker's tears. Unlike the bite Dariya gave Amaya earlier so she wouldn't be hurt for just a small time, striker tears would mend her body faster and give her a bigger chance on living. The only reason it wasn't used before was because she had no hope left. Without any hope, there was no reason for her to try, but now it seemed she was trying and they couldn't let the opportunity slip away. "Make the queen drink the contents of this vial. Quickly." The head priest said as he gave Roran the vial. "There still is a little hope."

Akori sighed, "no I figured since you got all bitchy and stuff that you'd need to kill more than me, so I left it to you, which you handled quite well apart form the fact that your rage made you vulnerable" he said simply, not looking at her, but still at his blade, cleaning it. "Apart form that, I am a bit lazy I guess" he added coldly, seemingly ignoring her in his own way.

Amy pursed her lips together, nodding slightly, "wow, got any other mighty s**t ups? I think I'm beginning to like it when you dis me" she said, rolling her eyes and turning away. "a*****e" she mumbled, walking to the other side, of the assassin's that Roran had killed to search them.

((To Tears of the Forsaken: Xander also called Reider! As he doesn't remember his own real name! 3nodding ))
Two horses awaited them outside. Reider got on, but suddenly felt uncomfortable. "Something wrong, Reider?" Jack noticed him hesitating. "Yea... I don't know... It propably nothing. Lead the way and I'll follow." Reider forced a smile to reasure Jack. What was that? I suddenly thought it was a bad idea to travel by horse! But why? "Okay, if you say so. Let's get going to Syra. I know a good doctor who might help you."

||Oh, well . . .I use the IMG thingy. xD ANd I`ll try to post something. o.O||
Erika had fought some bandits, but left the battle. She wasn`t weak, and the blood around her didn`t make her uneasy, but she didn`t want to fight anymore.
||BTW. . .where is the forset temple ? o.O||
She retreated back to her horse, and untied it. She rode back to Syra, but not to the castle. She went to a quiet place in town. She sat down on a worn out bench, as the horse moved closer to her. Erika brushed it`s mane, and sighed. "I really should stop lying to my sisters. . ."

(( I voted Kerossian pride, w00t! Sorry, slow in responding due to negative things irl...For those who don't know at least, now you do.))
Vivian chuckled slightly, violet eyes holding his gaze. "When I'm not worrying about you, my sisters, and my home, then I might consider it. Besides, I seem to be doing just fine with-" She stopped, involuntarily shivering as an icy cold hand touched her shoulder. It was his mothers spirit, whispering weighted words that dropped through her as if she were a window that had a rock tossed through it.
A dreaded shock and disbelief rose to her features, tears springing up into her eyes. No...How did-What...Why is this happening? Amaya...Don't leave us..please.... Shivering again, she closed her eyes and put a hand to her mouth, calming herself before she got into a hysterical panic.
