Felina sighed with disappointment "That wasn't too successful was it. He got away and we never got that vial back"
Satoshi dodged out of the way of another stalagmite "If there is nothing left to be done then we should get out of here"
Hayate shuffled about on his feet. He was never good with awkward silences. About 2 minutes had passed since the figure standing in front of him sent the order to withdraw. At first glance it was impossible to tell that this elf was Felina's father. Hayate was about to dismiss himself when the king opened his mouth to speak "Are you sure it was wise to leave Felina up there with her companions" he asked. His facial expression stayed the same but his voice showed traces of anxiety.
Hayate nodded "I have to admit when I first saw them I wasn't too impressed but they are good people that can be relied on." There was another pause
"Go and help them finish off Narasaela then bring them here for an audience" the elf ordered "If I find them to be as good as you claim I shall allow my daughter to continue travelling. If not she will be coming back with me" he waved his hand dismissing Hayate.

Oassu buckled under Alpha's slap. "Err Thanks" he muttered rubbing his shoulder.
"HELLO! THIS CASTLE IS STILL FALLING DOWN!" Dargrim roared from his positon holding up a pillar.
Itaka nodded "Let's go!" he said running for the exit
Oassu joined him along with Gareth.
"Well FINALLY" Dargrim sighed moving swiftly out from under the pillar and following the group. A buzz from his tranceiver "Lieutenant Dargrim the captain wants to see you immediately, the elves have stopped fighting and a temporary ceasefire has been called...we must get the Princess back immediately!" Dargrim snatched up the reciever "Hauld yer Wheest! I'm comin!" he shouted before running on.
Narasaela stopped to catch his breath, those fools....opposing me...and that ninja...I'll have to get them back someway somehow....I'll retreat for now...build up my forces then strike the citadel directly...I'll be there before the elven king returns so it's still weak
"Hello Narasaela" a voice said.
Narasaela turned his blood chilling as he saw Kurgan standing behind him.
Kurgan's arm latched out grabbing him by the throat. "You are a weakling...look at you now...unable to even summon magic to help you" he turned and began walking back across the roof to the abandoned throne room. "I am weak too....for following you so long. Unfortunately for you I know what must be done to repent my sins. He jumped down into the throne room and threw Narasaela into his throne. "You fool! You'll be killed too!" Narasaela snarled under Kurgan's grip.
Kurgan nodded "Indeed I will but by this I can ensure that your spell over my brother is broken....never again will he follow your demonic orders...I think I left him in good care.
Narasaela screamed and squirmed under Kurgan's grip.
Tears welled up in Kurgan's eyes "Goodbye Zadina" he whispered. Then the throne room collapsed.

"For someone so small he can sure run fast." Seph snickered.
A loud crashing noise came from the previous area causing the ground to shake "Looks like the throne room went down" Alpha commented continuing onwards.
Ulquiorra picked up Carbuncle who was struggling to keep up with everyone "Could we not just get teleported outside the building?" She asked.

"I can't really do anything if he is going to run off" Satoshi pointed to Dargrim "Also I would only be able to take you to the entrance since I have no idea where he wants us to be"
Felina sighed "It is good to hear that a ceasefire has ocurred but I hope it wasn't too late"

Itaka nodded "Hayate went ahead to inform them of the situation...though I don't know if the dwarves didn't just shoot him or something."
Oassu skidded to a halt at the sight of a small figure in front of them. "A boy?" he said rushing over to him.
Dargrim frowned "That's Zadina...he's bad news Oassu put him back"
Oassu lifted the frail figure over his shoulders "I can't just leave a child in the middle of a crumbling castle!" he said picking up the pace

Seph snickered at Dargrim's comment "We can always put you back"
Alpha spent a moment debating with himself whether or not to mention the fight with Zadina. Eventually he decided to speak "Thats the guy we ended up fighting before but then Kurgan came and took him away . Which makes me wonder why the kid was left here"

"Its a surprise everyone survived that fight with Alpha causing a blast like that. Can't you just dump him outside the place?" Satoshi muttered under her breath
Felina gasped "Zadina and Kurgan are brothers and wouldn't just abandon each other," she paused "Still a person as young as Zadina shouldn't be in a place like this"

Itaka frowned "I know he's probably gonna try an kill us in our sleep....still I coulda sworn Satoshi threatened me like that at one point as well."
Oassu looked at the frail boy "He's close to death...are you saying we just leave him here. Didn't Kurgan help you Alpha! Dargrim?"
Dargrim shuffled his feet and scratched his beard "Well...errr yea Kurgan let us into the final chamber" he murmered

Alpha shrugged "Do what you like i have no strong opinion. You see Zadina tried to kill us and Kurgan helped us out. It sorta balences things out."
"He has a point you know and leaving him would make you just as bad as him trying to kill you" Ulquiorra argued.
Seph sighed overtaking Oassu "You two are far too soft. Take him with us then but if he tries anything I'll kill him myself."

"You seemed so convinced I was going to I figured I may as well use it as a threat." Satoshi snickered "Anybody who knows me well enough will tell you I prefer more creative methods"
"Thanks for not leaving him there ," Felina smiled at Oassu "I would like to speak with Zadina later" she added.

Oassu blushed and jumped to the side with a cry as he realised the castle was still falling. "Right but I think we should see your father let them know what happened so far" he said picking up the pace.
Itaka sighed "None of us know you well and I'd still like to know what your objective is and whether you'll be leaving us immediately but right now isn't the time."

Felina nodded "He wouldnt be very happy if I went off without telling him again. Also the fighting with the dwarves may start again"
Satoshi glared at Itaka "I hate getting all technical but, since Alpha gave me gold, I cant leave until I have participated in a service which has the same value as the payment. Since he didn't pay for me to be here this whole affair does not count"

Satoshi waved her hand "You never asked. Look on the bright side, you'll get to be spending a lot more time with me" she smirked at Itaka putting emphasis on the last sentence.
"If you mean by leaving home to do some travelling without telling anyone then yes" Felina replied turning bright red, "But if I did say anything I wouldn't be allowed to go" she excused herself

Oassu burst in on Seph's interrogation "Yeah she wanted to see the outside world and she had to escape leave her alone!"
Itaka sighed "Fine more danger to you then" he glared at Alpha before shaking his head
