The workout was almost like a dance, with each slice and thrust was like matching to a beat of a song.

Hugue watched as best as he could in his position and was amazed at Don, but did not once lose balance.

Sarah was still asleep in the bunk room. The wound on her leg was almost closing up until the sun will rise.

Abel and tres switched out for the day guardsnad wen odown tio rest..tres went off line and Abel stumbled to bed tired as hell.

Sarah open her eyes as she heard the door open up. She looks and sees Abel going to bed. She smiled as she watches him go to sleep.

He sighed and his green eyes were gentle. "I hope my meal was eaten..I love to cook so I dont mind doing it."
