The man smiled brightly. "I look very different than you, so it's not too uncommon to judge at all. It's only really impolite if you judge negatively." Aspen brought his knees to his chin, wrapping his arms around his legs. "I'm not from around here, you're correct. Thank you for clarifying the glass thing, too." He nodded, tilting his head as he looked to the other. "Should we get to know each other? I'd really like to know about you!"

Vasska tilted his head. "Ah, I thought so..And is that so? I don't think I am so interesting." He offered a little smile. "But...it would be good to learn about others, yes?" His smile grew a bit, and he rubbed the back of his head. He closed his sketchbook, resting it in his lap to better focus on Aspen.

"I think everybody has things that are interesting about them... So learning about people to find those things is very fun." Aspen glanced to the now-closed sketchbook. "For instance, it seems like you're an artist! What were you drawing currently?"

"Oh, just...flowers." Vasska ducked slightly, pressing a hand to his chest. "Ah, I find it must easier to inspire people if you can draw as well, so I learned. That is my...job, I suppose. No, more of my nature." He smiled. "My mother was a muse, you see..."

"Muse..." he repeated lowly. "What does a muse do, if it's okay to ask?" Aspen offered a warm smile, his hands moving from their clasped positions around his legs and to the ground on either side of himself. "That is a very nice word. It sounds pretty."

"Well, we...inspire people, I suppose. My mother inspired artwork - paintings and sculptures and things. I have a half sister, she's a muse of art and dance. She's done great things, like mother! I...haven't. Not yet." Vasska smiled, a little sadly, running his hand over the cover of his sketchbook, before offering it out. "But I do like to draw...if you'd like to see..."

"I would love to see!" Aspen exclaimed, happily taking the sketchbook into his own hands and cautiously opening it. "Being a muse sounds amazing. Is it something you're born into?" He looked over the drawings, a smile on his lips.

"Well, I've never heard of anyone becoming a muse, if they weren't before." Vasska watched Aspen carefully.
The sketches and drawings were all of various things, all drawn with obvious care and talent.
(Because, well, he is a muse... rofl )

"You're so good at this art," Aspen nearly whispered, gently closing the sketchbook. "A muse must be great in ever area then, right?" He handed the book back to Vasska with a warm smile. "How do you go about inspiring people as a muse? Do they choose you, or it is something that's destined to happen and predetermined?"

"I suppose...I'm only good at art, I fear." Vasska smiled and took the sketchbook back, moving it around in his hands. "My sister, she's a dance and music muse, she often chose someone with...potential. I have never inspired anyone, so...I do not know." He chewed on his lip. "I suppose...It would be easy to inspire someone but...It almost feels like interfereing." He frowned suddenly.

"That makes great sense." Aspen frowned somewhat too, upon noticing the other's mouth. "But, I'm sure that you will meet somebody who you will inspire a bunch, and without feeling like you're interfering!" The man nodded affirmatively, a smile returning to his lips. "So tell me, what's your name?"

Mele was thrilled. As a dryad he loved plants, and this place...this place was just amazing.
"Water!" he exclaimed, kneeling down next to a fountain. He pulled off his gloves, carefully setting them on the edge before dipping his fingertips into it. He sighed, smiling. He'd been thirsty, after all. It had been a long journey to the Underground. He hummed an older Jrock tune as he soaked up the water. It was too bad that he'd left his music player at home...but at least this way he could listen to the trees instead.

Hikaru ducked quickly into the gardens, quickly making his way as deep as he could. It was always nice to get a break from his sister. He made his way to a fountain and sat, heaving a sigh before noticing he wasn't alone. "Oh...!" he exclaimed in surprise, watching the other curiously dip his fingers into the water.

Mele stopped and blinked, looking up from the water. "...Is this your fountain?" He asked, carefully pulling his finger tips out. He flicked the water off them, then dried them on his pants. He took up his gloves, even as his belly rumbled for more water.
He told himself to stop it. He'd just have a big glass of water when he got home.
