Well when it broke it was somewhere around 2003 if I remember correctly... The OS is Windows ME, which apparently EVERYONE but myself hates. XP I like it actually.... So just because of the OS and the processors I was told it wasn't even worth fixing.... crying

My friend just gave me a video card (it was onboard before) and I started the Sims 2 up. It was as though I'd never seen before. O_o
I didn't change any settings and there was a major performance boost.

I wasn't quite sure where to post first, and though this particular thread (despite its misleading size) seems rather inactive, I thought the safest thing to do was introduce myself. smile
I'm usually uncomfortable with introductions, so forgive me if I ramble. sweatdrop I've been a fan of Slayers for about seven years now, but I probably know very little about the actual series outside of the anime. (I think I've only seen one of the movies, and up until a few days ago, I had no clue Tokyo Pop had translated eight of the Light Novels.) However, since earlier this year when I purchased Try and then learned of Revolution and Evolution-R, my interest in the series has increased. When I discovered this guild, I found the concept to be very interesting, and the promise of meeting other fans was too much to resist. :3
A little about myself: I'm a college student studying Linguistics, and I need a job. (Who doesn't these days? Especially if you live in the U.S. right now.) Other than that, I'm a polite person, and I will treat everyone around me with respect.
And, I think that's it for now. I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Wow, that's a good question. There are a lot of things to consider about the two races, but the Filia in me refuses to side with any race that gave birth to the existence of that Namagomi. (Well, the Filia that's in denial, that is.) Besides, I read somewhere that Ryuuzoku are weaker in numbers than the Mazoku here.

razz So there sug, planing things out isn't horrible, it allows us to be well informed and practical! Order is so much better then chaos....
