Rising out of the grass on it's large tail, a Sentret would appear several feet ahead of Poppy. Giving a loud cry, the Pokemon would attempt to alter the others in the vicinity to the intruder. When she proceeded forward from there, it would be just in time to spy of all things, a Leafeon fleeing the scene. It wouldn't take the girl long to realize why it was here however, as a large moss covered stone loomed before her. She'd found what she was looking for, the fabled Moss Rock.
Next was a Sunkern lazing in the shade. Apparently the forest wasn't exactly in a feisty mood right now. Perhaps unaware this boy had taken down their Guardian, or perhaps unwilling to do battle for exactly that reason.

There was plenty of pokemon that he could've passed by or ran away from, but this one, this one was perfect. It was the perfect training pokemon for the little one as he would put her down on the ground and she would immediately look up at him with big tears in her eyes.
"Well, it's time you learn to battle."
"If you are going to survive, you have to learn to be able to defend yourself, and besides, you like grass and if that pokemon is kind of like grass."
He would tell her as she looks over at the Sunken and would still hide behind his leg.
This wasn't going to be easy, but he was going to battle this pokemon.
The appearance of the Sentret is startling, but since it doesn't attack and no other Pokemon approach them to attack, Poppy pays it little mine. When she spies the rare Leafeon running off her eyebrows raise, and she takes in the large stone. Eevee's evolutions had different necessities and circumstances needed for each, and Leafon required an evolution stone, and she'd had the luck of finding it. Reaching into her bag to pull out her Snapshot camera, she shields it from the rain as she snaps a picture of the Moss Rock. "We are done with our mission, Shinx. We can head back now." Both the camera and the picture are tucked safely in her bag before she turns back towards the way they came.

Well, easy come, easy go. Alice hadn't exactly earned that cash, so she supposed it didn't particularly matter if she lost some. As for the Big Root... well, it had come from a Flabebe to begin with. It was going home. With a smile, she picked up half the cash she'd lost, and took off once more.

>So you'd rather a treat? Well then~< The Pumpkaboo was quite offended he'd rejected her offer of companionship-- nevermind that it probably involved a fair share of violence. But that didn't mean she wasn't going to try and pursue her object of attention! With a whistle, the Pumpkaboo floated after Alex, swinging her body in an attempt to crash into him.

Alice couldn't help speeding up as she walked through the wet brush. Her arms were still tight around Vorpal-- the Honedge was sulking a bit, probably frustrated by her curiosity and lack of concern for danger. And admittedly, Alice was curious about the world around her... but perhaps it was better to keep moving forward.
He'd managed to avoid being struck by the pokemon. It had way too much energy to catch as is. Still, he made a mental note to try and find more locations of them. It was an interesting typing, and even looked cool. Plus, as a ghost type couldn't truly die.
((It's been a while, but only 11-20 and 1 are encounters. If you roll anything else, you can keep going. Also, you have your path counter still at 8/12-- you should either have it at 9/12 or 7/12, depending on which direction you're going.))

There was a strange density in the area. It would shift in gravity here and there as well. It had been a while since he was last here. Still, it was a mission that needed completing.
Noticing Shiloh, the Sunkern would get up, bouncing and attempting to wave with it's leaves as it gave a happy burbling sound. Sadly the bouncing Poke would take a miss step as it bounced, falling flat on it's face. The next moment it was bawling.
It was entirely possible this Sunkern was even more recently hatched than Shiloh's Larvesta...
Venturing further into the island as she was, or rather further back through it, Alice would come across an Electrike. Unlike damn near everything else on this island however, this one didn't seem intent on causing her any trouble. Instead the lazy canine would stretch its snout slightly before yawning and resting his head on his paws. Nope. He wasn't going anywhere but back to sleep.
((Until you get back to the Bog yes. Then you just count as normal.))
Walking back through the grass, Poppy would not find a challenge at her next encounter, but rather a Bunnelby desperately attempting to burrow his way into the mud. Apparently the ground was too much around here to make a proper home....but he would persevere!
