ReaverOfSouls Since 98ish. I've stopped my purchases with the last box I bought, which was Dissension. The box I got was predominantly Rakdos (Red/Black) in the rares I got. Demonfire, Infernal Tutors (yes...got two of em), a Blood Crypt, Nihilistic Glee, Lyzolda the Blood Witch, Dread Slag. But I did get the one Blue/White card I wanted...which was the Windreaver. Basically, I started collecting at the tailend of the Masques cycle; Mercadian Masques, Nemesis, Prophecy. It continued through Invasion, Planeshift, Apocalypse, and Odessey....which was the last set I bought from after my father died for.....at least three years. Picked back up at the end of the Mirrodin cycle......until now. I cannot stress how cool the idea for the dualcolored Guilds is. And yes, I totally love the Nephilim cycle....even though Ink-Treader Nephilim is the only one worth a damn. ah, the one that re-animates as it attacks? Yeah, you combo that with the one that you can discard to to make it bigger. When the ability activates, you respond by putting the discard effect on the stack. So when the re-animate ability checks, you can have any creature in your hand on the field. Krosan Cloudscrapper anyone? I;m currently working on my big deck, as well as a deck based on creatures that get ginormagantious as soon as they are enchanted. Like Flaring flame kin (2/2). Put a serra's embrace on that sucker and he's a 6/6 flying, vigilance, trample, firebreathing b*****d. The last deck isone that punish people for playing big creatures and gaining life.

I'm still not entirely sure I understand the concept of the Hex Bolt, Kai. It seems to me as though Nathan presses one into an opponent, and reappears on the opposite side of him/her. Basically right?

It s the same power Scarlet Witch has. What the power is in a nut shell is chaos at its best. It does many different things the teleportion is a just something he figured out with it. The whole pressing it into someone is the best way I could think to animate getting the teleportation to work It could do lots of weird things like turning the ground into pudding or rust someones gun, melt it even fill the barrel with flowers. Sorry my brain isn't working to well right now I will put up a better description tomorrow.
If this reads weird again sorry I had a long day at work and unfortunatly tomorrow isn't gonna be any better at work.

Ya know, I have yet to see a comic-book mutant in any way resembling the mutants of the real world. No mutations that are both deforming and debilitating, with the notable exception of... say... Chamber.

Not neccessarily. The Morlocks were all deformed... and chambers mutation was mostly product of him blowing his own face off.

what about Longneck? and Forearm? there is a lot of "old students" at Xaviers (before decimation) with just strange and "no-good mutations". I remember this sentence, but I don't remember who tell it who
"There is a boy up there who can't go out from the force field because a simple breeze would cut his skin, you are his hero"

Hm, Beak, Angel (female), and their kids are all bird and fly looking people, not entirely attractive.
It is true, though, most of them are pretty people; however, that's the way of comics. Superheros are generally meant to look pretty and a little (or lot) disproportionate to make them look more than the average man. I can't remember all the comic book art theory as its been awhile since I was studying it... something like when an average person is drawn, they're entire body length should only be six heads in length. A super hero is eight.

Anyway, everybody is in an elf village right now on Asgard having just rescued Sam and such. They were invited to spend the night in the village and dine with the elves. Most folks are just walking around and recouperating.
We'll be making the journey home soon, don't worry. Gotta get everybody home and get our new applicants into the game.
Heh, we're actually going to be celebrating Christmas in June smile Anybody want to do a secret santa in and out of the RP to go along with the theme?
