Loki looked to Sleepnir taking his head gently in his hands. "My beautiful baby boy. I love you so much and you will be safe now. Your grandmother will ensure it but you are always welcome to come to midgard." Loki promised kissing sleepnir's forehead. He held onto his son for a long period of time whispering soft assurances to his son. After a few minutes he pulled away and nodded to his mother that he was ready to go. He was a bit teary eyed but he held it together, he felt terrible for leaving his son once more but there was nothing he could do.

Sleepnir leaned closer to Loki as his mother held his head. Listening to him, Sleepnir gave soft noises in response. Letting Loki let him go, he shook his head, letting a foot hit the ground heavily, making Tony jump slightly. Frigga gave Loki a sad smile when he nodded to her. Slowly leading him out of the room and through the palace, she took the opportunity to link her arm with Loki’s as they walked, wanting to be close to her son again while she could.

Loki looked back to Sleepnir when he hit the floor with one of his feet. "Come now you know better than that," Loki chided before turning to follow his mother unsure if Sleepnir would follow. He held onto his mother's arm lightly as she linked arms with him, he desired the closeness she sought as well knowing that they would be separated for a long while. It wasn't long before they reached the Bifrost and Loki felt the reality of his banishment.

Sleepnir huffed at Loki’s words, but followed them anyway. Tony and Bruce followed the trio at a small distance, giving the family a moment. As they reached the bifrost, Frigga tightened her grip on Loki’s arm. “Do not be sad my child…..” she said softly. “You are going to live with a man that loves you, with people that have been willing to risk their life for you….Perhaps this will be even better for you than Asgard has ever been.” She said gently. “And this is not forever. When Thanos has been dealt with, you will be free to return if you wish…..but I doubt you will want to by then.” She smiled. Looking at Heimdall as the entered, she nodded before turning to Loki. “Do not waste time missing Asgard, enjoy Midgard, enjoy your new life.” She advised before looking to him and slowly pulling him down to kiss his forehead. “I will watch over you, both of you.” She whispered, hugging him before stepping away to stand beside Sleepnir, resting a hand on his shoulder as he shook his head again, not pleased to be seeing his mother leaving again.

Loki looked to his mother as she tightened her grip on his arm telling him not to be sad. He didn't know if he would succeed at that immediately when he returned to Midgard but he knew his mother was right. He was returning to a place where he would have Tony and the others whom he had begun to consider as his friends. "I do not know how long it will be until Thanos arrives to be dealt with." Loki murmured. For all he knew it could take the elder god a thousand years before he got close enough to Midgard. "Perhaps, but I will still miss you mother, you and Sleepnir both." Loki stated as his mother pulled him down to kiss his forehead. "Thank you mother." he sighed when she said she would watch over him, both of them. As his mother stepped away he looked to Bruce and Tony. "Are you ready?" he asked.

Frigga smiled at Loki. “I love you too Loki.” she said softly, Sleepnir nodding his head slightly in response. Tony gave Loki a gentle look, stepping forward and taking his hand. “I think we are.” He said gently. When it looked like Loki was ready, they stepped forward. Frigga waved at them as the bifrost finally wrapped around them and sent them back to Midgard, depositing them on the roof of Stark Tower.

"I love you too mother." Loki called back to her. Looking to Tony as the man took his hand he nodded. Stepping forward loki couldnt help the last look to his mother and child as the big rosy swallowed them. Landing on the roof loki felt his stomach lurch but since he had nothing in it nothing came up. His body trembled though at the trash ort and the kids owl edge that he was banned even if only until Thanos had been dealt with.

Tony took a half step forward as he landed, Bruce stumbling as well. Feeling Loki trembling, Tony quickly wrapped an arm around the god’s waist. “hey babe….it’s alright.” He murmured, reaching up to cup his cheek and try to calm him. “I’m not going to let anything happen to you…..you’ll get to go back to Asgard one day.” He promised. After a moment, he began to lead Loki and Bruce down into the penthouse and to the main room so they could sit down. “You want something to drink babe? Bruce?’ he asked, trying to ease both of their nerves.

Loki was glad for Tony's grasp sure he was going to fall to the floor without it. He nodded when Tony said that it was alright but loki didn't believe it not for the moment. Very little felt alright right now but he knew Tony was right at some point it would be alright. He knew to y wasn't going to let anything happen to him but it didn't help. "water." Loki answered when Tony asked if he wanted something to drink.

Nodding, Tony left the two in the living room and was gone for a few moments, when he came back, he handed over an ice water to Loki, a steeping tea to Bruce and then settled beside his lover with a glass of scotch. Taking a deep breath after a few minutes of silence, he wrapped his arm around Loki again, pulling him close. “Well that was an interesting visit.” He finally said, rubbing Loki’s side carefully.

Loki nodded following down into the living room where he collapsed onto the couch determined not to move for a bit. He was glad that it seemed like no one else was around at the moment because he didn't know if he could deal with them. Taking the ice water he sipped it carefully. "Interesting is not really how I would put it. I think you both saw the worst Asgard had to offer." Loki stated.

Tony shook his head at Loki’s words. “But perhaps what we did will help in improving things.” He said softly. Nuzzling at Loki’s neck, he opened his mind to Loki, wishing he could comfort his lover more. “And one day you’ll have to show us the good side.” He said, deciding now that he’d have to get Loki back to Asgard one day, as much as he was suspicious of the world, it was still Loki’s home, deep down.

Loki nodded when Tony said that what they did might have improved things. He had no doubt the chaos they caused would improve things especially with his mother taking the throne. Loki was hesitant to open his mind to tony incase the man could sense the child through their bond. He then realized that it was too early. "One day..." Loki murmured. "I think I will go and unpack." Loki stated standing.

Tony frowned when Loki didn’t cheer up and seemed hesitant to even touch his mind. Letting Loki stand, Tony looked at him, but gave a small nod. “Don’t push yourself. You have some time now.” He said softly, letting Loki go, knowing that he seemed to want some time to himself. Looking at his glass, he stood a moment later and got himself another glass. “I did what I had to at the trial, right? I didn’t push it too much?” he asked Bruce softly. He knew Loki had grown upset with him then, and he hadn’t seemed thrilled to try and make up since. Perhaps he had pushed too hard, forced Loki in a way he couldn’t repair. Bruce sighed into his tea and shook his head. “You did well Tony……I think he just needs some time to process and calm down again.”

"I wI'll not push too much, I will just retrieve what I need for the moment." Loki assured the man. Loki left then and retreated to the room that had been his before he begun sharing with tony.
Natasha entered the room soon after Loki had left and Bruce had assured the Tony that Loki probably needed time to process. "You're back already. I expected you to be gone longer. Where's loki?" she questioned.
