Titus's smirked he walked towards her, seeming oddly calm despite the look in his eyes. He stopped just short of her and stared down at her, though didn't say a word. "Well if you want a trick go to a magic show, I think I've got enough of an understanding now to see why you prefer the sword." He stepped back a few steps and took up a defensive stance. "Ive been the only one attacking, so how about I let you show me how you go on the offensive for a change."

 Nexus smiled and looked at Gokudera "So do you know about my weapon form?" He asked the boy. He wanted to make sure that his new partner was comfortable with the type of weapon he is.

Titus smirked as he simply put up his arm and caught the axe by the handle just below the blade, his arm giving just enough to be noticeable but no more than if a child had swung at him. "A full force attack right from the start, a bold move and can be pretty effective. Nonetheless, an all out attack should be saved for a finishing blow, when you're opponent is either off balance or expecting a light attack, or if you can land the blow without your opponent realizing you're there first. A good idea but strategy is needed, not just good timing and pure luck. What else do you have?"

Titus smiled as he moved behind her and reached around her, moving her hands to widen her grip slightly, her new hand position having her hold the axe more like a staff than an axe. "Don't focus on the weapon just as its supposed to be used. Find ways to maximize your potential with it, even I that means using it in a way that others would advise against. I you hold it like this you can focus on the lighter end to execute fast and precise strikes, and use the blades heavier side for a hard and heavy final blow." He moved back in front of her and formed one arm into an axe and took a defensive stance. "Go ahead and see how it works out."

 Shian put the weapons back and walked up to Tsubasa "leaving... exploring... city" she then hopped onto Sasha and left (exit to death city park)

Titus nodded as he moved back to the front of her and formed his arm into and axe. "It's also good for defending yourself, but jabs will be more difficult to defend against. If your opponent swings at you from any angle, simply block with the section between your grip points. If they thrust or jab at you, you can only really try to dodge or deflect it away from you. Lets see how you handle for a little bit." He swung his axe arm in an angled upward slash to see how she would react.

Titus nodded and smiled as he placed his axe arm against the section he had hit and held it there. "No that was excellent, but if you only defend then you'll lose eventually. Look for ways to counter attack after a successful defense. So lets say you blocked my attack just now, how do you think you could counter attack in a manner that would give you the upper hand?"

 Rain Nexus Weapon Form Rain entered the training grounds, heading over to a training dummy and stretching. He took a boxing stance before unleashing a flurry of powerful strikes on the lifeless tool. After a moment, he jumped back and paused, catching his breath. After his breathing slowed to normal, Rain ran at the dummy and jumped into the air, spinning rapidly. He held out one of his legs and tilted his body to the side, so that his lowered leg repeatedly kicked the dummy's head. Mid-spin, while the dummy was taking the barrage of kicks, Rain manifested his weapon form. He gripped the combat knife firmly in his hand and waited until his spin slowed down, then Rain activated his 'Cyclone of the East' ability and used the invisible vacuum he created to propel his body in a quick, downward diagonal movement, and he used that speed and movement to slash his knife through the dummy, splitting it in two.

Titus smirked and shook his head. "Well yes considering you're using a regular axe, but you'll be wielding me normally so it wouldn't bury itself in the handle like I did. So if its like this, think of ways you could counter in some manner that would give you the upper hand in a fight." He stood there and waited for her to make a decision.
