Share your scoring with your opponent if you want, but feck off the rest of you overly-curious, nosy bastards, I'm not sharing.

Tresondros Ecstuffuan Sigil Warden Share your scoring with your opponent if you want, but feck off the rest of you overly-curious, nosy bastards, I'm not sharing. emotion_donotwant Not all that confident in your performance huh? No, I just don't like mouth-breathing critics commenting on my ability to 'sell' my opponent. In all seriousness though, the reasoning behind my scores are no concern of anyone who wasn't in the fight. They are the judges' evaluation and recommendations for improvement to me, not anyone else.

Your prerogative though.

This here is why in the end should ask everyone, some are more private than others which is perfectly alright. Everyone here is entitle to it.

I've never cared if my scores or comments were public; at the end of the day the judges are just like anyone else. The fact that they're grading the fight doesn't make their opinion any more meaningful beyond the context of that particular fight or tournament, so whether it's public or private is.. well, pretty whatever.
I'd say just leave it private as it's always been. If people want to share, that's their prerogative. Such is often the case anyways - people PM each other their scores to compare, contrast, etc.

I say public. So that their competence as judges can be displayed and questions will be answered more easily.
It will also make it more clear as to what they are looking for in a series of posts.

The judges' competence is always under scrutiny. I mean, nearly every round there's gonna be SOMEONE who disagrees with their scores. Sometimes they're just being crybabies - a lot of the time, to be honest - but sometimes they have legit points. The fact that there's a fair amount of communication between all the participants means that they can pick up on things fairly quickly if something is amiss. There's also nothing stopping anybody from posting their own stuff if they find something wrong to see if everyone else sees things the same way.
Also, hahaha oh wow. I went looking through my PM box and found some of the ******** crazy s**t people used to PM me when I was more active. I think I deleted most of the really odd s**t, but I still have a few gems of "oh lawd" quality. Some of it is just legit creepy as ********.

I like creepy stuff. And being creepy. But in a way that seems unintentional. Because that is creepier. Anyway. The judges are under scrutiny, but public scores would make them more accountable for their decisions. However, a small write up about why they chose the scores would be necessary. Answer all the immediate questions.

I don't get why everyone wants to fix the parts of the tournament scene that aren't broken but never ant to fix the things that are really ******** up.

Dear Princess Molestia I don't get why everyone wants to fix the parts of the tournament scene that aren't broken but never ant to fix the things that are really ******** up. I think we all have varying opinions on how we could improve the tournament scene.
