for the genjutsu specialist rank benefit Catalyst Control, are we allowed to completely control the catalyst? like, i'm thinking of Itachi and his ability to cast genjutsu only by making eye contact/pointing fingers, etc. can we do this with every genjutsu, even those which do not have a catalyst? i would understand if it would only be reserved for weaker genjutsus, but i think it'd be pretty epic if i can cast an illusion merely by touching someone ninja

It depends, we're mostly trusting you guys not to do anything too ridiculous with it, if we see problems starting to arise then we may make the rules a bit more strict

ah, ok. also, another thing. i was under the impression that we could "learn" the rank benefits from the professions. like, say we chose one, we can spend time learning the other benefit like a jutsu and acquire it. maybe i misread it, but is this true? if not, meh. neutral

I have a question...
If I where to make a bloodline that allows me to control... Tiles ( just an example ) and I already have an Rpc, but said bloodline doesn't give my Rpc any phisical change until it has been awakened, can I apply it to my already existing RPC or not?

So question about the personal Styles. Their is a style by Orcaid Moon, Kyokutan na Katana (Extreme Sword) I would like to learn. Though I have been informed he quit the guild. So how does one going about learning said style XD

I just really like the idea he had about wielding a katana 10x the normal weight. Or is that the reason it being taken out?

Mainly that, yes, more so because its impossible to use 10x the normal amount of materials for anything, yet have it come out the same size as it normally would. The concept makes no sense.

Density. If its a lot more dense of a material then it can be 10x the weight and be the same size. Just because it weighs 10x the norm, doesn't mean its 10x the normal materials.

So long as no notable indication as he been shown that you have a bloodline already, I don't see a problem with this. Go ahead...that is of course assuming that my ruling on this isn't voided and nullified. -_-'

Well he said it was forged with 10x more metal XD. But yeah what if it was changed to being just 10x denser. Like using a heavier metal, that way it would be possible to be the same size but 10 heavier?

I know the concepts of density, and that doesnt fit with it. @BB: Maybe. If you can remake the style to something you think would be accepted, be my guest.
