Hikari was sitting on the bed, just putting the finishing touches on her makeup and putting the white flower in her hair that accented her white prom dress. When she was finished, she stood up and looked at herself in the full mirror. She had never dreamed of wearing anything like this. For as long as she could remember she had always been trapped in that dark form. Her skin always doomed to be black with darkness..... no chance for normalcy..... destined to remain in the realm of nothingness... Her mind snapped back into focus when she heard Alexander's voice. Clearing her throat, she smoothed out her white dress and turned around. "Yes, I'm coming," she answered, opening the door to see him already at her door. She suddenly felt really shy and wanted to lock herself up in her room. "Are you ready?" she asked, her small locket necklace that contained a picture of her family on one side and some gears that played a small melody of 'Dearly Beloved' in the other shining in the light of the house.

Axel had been hanging around Lakayna, listening to he conversation between her, Kairi, Quest and Olette. He grinned when Kairi explained that she didn't have any hard feelings towards him. "Well, good to know. I didn't really want to do it, though. Got it memorized?" he asked, tapping his temple. He then grinned. "Sorry, habit," he apologized, clearing his throat and hung an arm around Lakayna. "Speaking of, I haven't seen Roxas all day. Have you?"

Roxas was running late, but that was only because he forgot to ask Xion where she lived after asking her to the dance. Well, she accepted all the same. As he finally reached her place of residence, he adjusted his tie and knocked on the door, waiting for her to answer so they could go to the dance.

The silvernette chuckled when Sora finally escaped his hold. he waved at Kairi. "You look pretty," he told her before the keyblade Master began shouting at him. Riku basically ignored everything the boy was saying until he got to asking about his sister. The teen shrugged. "Not sure. Sorry. I'd honestly check with Xion when she gets here. Those two have gotten close," he explained.

Riku turned to the princess. "Kairi?" he asked. "Did you saw Xion and Roxas? As in they're coming together?" He hoped. It would be good for a lot of people. Mostly Xion and Roxas. They needed to be remeinded of their deep friendship. he glanced at Naminé with a smile.

Alexander was absolutely stunned by how beautiful Hikari looked in her dress. She was definitely attractive normally, but her formal attire just made her that much more lovely. The nobody smiled as Hikari exited the bedroom. "Yea, I'm ready. You look wonderful by the way." He told her with a smile as he picked up the hat he was planning to wear and put it atop his head to cover up his unruly hair. "So, shall we get to the ball my lovely princess?" He asked with a chuckled as he held out his hand for her to take. "I'm sure things have already started, and it would be a shame to waste your appearance tonight on just me. Besides, Riku would kill me if you didn't show up." Alexander admitted with a small chuckle.

Sora turned to look at Kairi and grinned when he saw that she was helping with Sky. She seemed excited to see Riku as well, as she’d been giggling as the two boys had struggled… well, at least Sora had. She grinned at Naminé, surely glad to see the Nobody in a more relaxed situation. She was dressed in a different dress than usual, and she looked pretty as Kairi said. Riku complimented the redhead and for some reason that made Sora grin. Probably because he knew she looked pretty, and he knew they were together. It was just so great to think that without feeling guilty or anything. It just felt… right. Riku then turned to answer his question, saying that he hadn’t heard anything from Ari, but he should ask Xion when she arrived, since the two girls had grown close. The brunette gave a nod, knowing he was probably right.
”Okay, I will,” he replied with a smile. ”Speaking of which… where is she?”

Kairi asked just that same question, guessing they were waiting on a few couple:, Ari and Blink, Hikari and Alexander, and Roxas and Xion. Sora winced slightly as his girlfriend mention Hikari and Alexander as a couple, thinking Riku would be upset about that. However, that wasn’t what the silvernette responded to. He stared at Kairi for a moment, wide-eyed. He asked if she meant that Roxas and Xion were coming as a couple. Sora was fairly certain he would have gotten a response from the Hikari/Alexander pairing, so this caught him by surprise a little. However, Riku didn’t look upset; in fact, he looked pleased. So the brunette shrugged.
”Well, we don’t know,” he answered. ”I haven’t been able to contact Roxas through our link all day, and I haven’t seen him. But since we haven’t seen Xion or Roxas, I guess they’re together.” Well, might as well try that link again, he thought to himself before trying to contact his Nobody. Roxas, can you hear me? This is getting ridiculous! Why aren’t you answering me? He didn’t mean to sound frustrated, because he was more worried than anything. But if he found out that Roxas had just shut it off for no good reason, then he would be frustrated. But that would only be determined when/if he either got a response from the Nobody or if he showed up soon.

Nothing could ruin this moment... right?

Enid stood up and clenched her wrist.
It was time was it right for her to do this? she walked over and began to TRY and decide who the prom king and queen would be.
She remember aros wanted her to make two of sora's friend to get them in one place.
she tried decideing but she just settled for sora and kairi.

Quest nodded in agreement. If anyone else came, they'd probably tell her. Before she could take a step in, however, she heard Riku's voice and her eyes snapped up, only to look away just as quickly. "Uh....Let's go in, shall we?" She said quickly and led Skyler inside. She was glad that her long hair made it harder for most people to notice her.

Once inside, she helped Skyler into a seat while she went to the refreshments table to get a drink for herself and Skyler. She needed time to think as well. What happened back then, when she came out of Namine's house? It felt strangely dejavu, like it had happened before. And that creepy feeling of being watched. What in the worlds was going on? She frowned, grabbing two drinks and heading back to Skyler.

Tesqux gave a small smile. Something told her that she was going to get along very well with Rikia. She caught the look that appeared on Rikia's face when she looked at Kairi. Oh yes, they would definately get along. However, she had her mission to focus on: Getting Quest to return to the darkness, joining her and Kiera. And she had the most painful way of doing so. Her eyes flashed. Something that would make the Light wielders reject her, something that would make her weakened to the point that they would be able to lure her back. Her past.
