Yuck! Why pink bunny slippers?
So far I have been unimpressed by the easter-egg hunt.

I agree. It doesn't seem like much imagination into the items or the event. The idea of hunting eggs was cute though. It's just too bad it wasn't like in the towns. That might have been fun. Oh well, at least they had an event.
How was everyone's weekend? It was crazy weather here... chilly in the mornings but warm during the afternoons. The rl egg hunt went well. Only one egg went missing! And now everyone's free to eat meat again. nbd for me. I eat mostly chicken anyway. xd And fish.

Maybe next year they will have it in the towns! That is such a good idea Gwee, I wish they would think of it. smile
We had good weather the whole weekend, our egg hunt went well, although at the place we went it was more like an egg grab blaugh

Ya know what!? I have baby birds in my back yard!!! Now if that doesn't say Spring!? I had noticed the mockingbird gathering fluff and twigs and building a nest and now I can see at least three little bird heads popping out to be fed when the Mamma bird comes.

Thats neat! I love watching that. Unfortunately I have birds in my gutter and they have clogged the drain. So now I have to wait until they are gone then I have to fix the gutter confused

Aw!!! That wasn't a safe place to build a nest! silly birds. The nest in my yard is so close to the edge of the pool. I hope they don't fall in when it's time to leave the nest! That's sweet of you to let them take over the gutter for a while, though.

Well for the moment it not really hurting my house to much and I like birds. I say let them hang out there for a while 3nodding Our day today was pretty rainy and cloudy this morning. When I got out of work though it was bright sunny and dry. I liked that.
I had the weirdest dream this morning. I dreamt that I walked into a parallel world and that in that world everyone was the opposite sex that they are here. It was totally wild seeing my one of my friends as a guy blaugh

Whoah, Hazu, that really is weird! *begins to imagine friends as their opposite sex* All that thought of boys and girls. They say one day you'll be able to order what you want to have, all the way down to eye and hair color!!! Designer babies. I wonder if having so much choice will bring down the average number of kids a couple has. What do you think that Octo-mom's deal is?

I agree she has some problems... I don't know how she could take care of so many babies at the same time.

another opportunity for me to preach MODERATION! Geeze, know when to say when, lady! There's no way she has enough resources or time to devote to each and every one of those children that they deserve. That's no love. That's obsession.

You know what I've been thinking about a lot lately? I don't know why it keeps coming to mind. I do love to cook and I find it a challenge, almost like a game, to prepare delicious meals for large groups of people while keeping to a budget. Anyway, I keep thinking that I would find it very gratifying to run my own soup kitchen. You know, for the poor and homeless? Just a non-profit organization that could accept donations to finance it. Only problem, is I have no idea where to start. All I have is the idea and desire.
