Is usually quiet at this hour yes. But don't let that fool you. This place can get very busy and violent at times...

*looks up* Yeah. A couple of them in fact.
There's Guy. Guy Gardner. He runs a bookstore not far from here. Then there's Hal Jordan... who wanders around hitting on people and fixing woodwork. Ah! There's Kyle, he's also in the book business....
And once in a while another one or two pop up.
