Ivan held on Henna around her neck, resting her head on her shoulder. "Eleven and a half..." She felt Henna's soft hair and pointed to where the orphange was, it was practically a nice old yet small mansion, some children played in the yard.

Henna smiled, just where she wanted a kid. She walked in, got the papers done quick, and started heading back.
"So, if you dont mind... how did you lose your parents...?"

Ivan smiled and bounced a bit on her hip, very happy to have a family again. "Well my mommy killed herself after some guy she was dating knew she had a kid already and my daddy left a long time ago when i was born..." she had tears in her eyes but held them back.

Henna frowned.
"I'm sorry sweety... well you'll like your new daddy. Me and him never have fights, we never will. So you'll have a family for a while." She looked at her and smiled. " And not to brag, but your daddy's kinda cool..."

Ivan sniffled and rubbed at her eyes tired. "He is? Cool! I cant wait to hug him!" she smiled and flailed her arms a bit before hugging henna again.

Henna laughed.
Danni was scratching at the bars, trying to get out.
"Sannniii!!!! I'm going insanneeeee heerrreee! I'm freaking claustrophobic dammitttt!!!!!!!"

Ivan climbed down from Henna's hip and ran over to Danni's cell. She stuck her tongue at him for trying to eat her earlier. "Naaa~!" She chuckled.
Sani rolled his eyes, he was snuggling Matsuda. "Shut up Danni!" He nuzzled Matsuda's nose.

Danni looked down and backed up in the shadows. He hated being yelled at and he hated being a cannibal, so being yelled at and getting the fact that he was a cannibal in his face brought tears to her eyes. He looked up at Ivan breifly, then looked back down.
"I'm...." He took a deep breath, his ears laying flat. "I'm.... sorry. For trying to eat you.... I can't control my hunger...." "I'm sorry Sani.." His tail curled around his waist, trying to hide itself.
Henna looked at Danni, frowning a bit.
"We'll be right upstairs sweetheart.." She ruffled Ivan's hair a bit and walked up the steps.
Matsuda frowned a bit.
"Awh, don't be so harsh on the kid.." She kissed kis nose, smiling a little. "Poor kid, I can only imagine the hunger..."

Ivan finally saw his ears and got in the cell fast to run over to him and feel them. "So. Fuzzy!!!" She kept rubbing them with her fingers, smiling and laughing cause he looked cute with them up so she made them go in different ways to see which was the cutest.
Sani rolled his eyes, Danni was basically like a pet cat so he guessed he had to give it nicer treatment. "Fine~ I'll go get him some more food...a adult should suffix him for awhile..." He got up and shuffled off with his hands in his pockets.

Danni was shocked, usually no one wanted anything to do with him. Even Dana, his sister... even though she tried to hide it he saw the hesitation and fear in her eyes. His ears perked up.
"You aren't afraid?"
Matsuda curled up, waiting for him with her eyes closed, like she usually did.

Ivan kept feeling his ears ad tilted his head to the side which made him look so cute! "Oh your adorable! Hm? Afraid? Not anymore..." She tugged on his tail.

Danni smiled a little, just a tiny little smile. His tail swished and his ears perked all the way up.
"Thank you... your the first one..." His ear flicked and tilted down, then flicked again and came back up. His gold eyes lit up again, having that curiousness in them that Dana used to have, that sparkle.

Ivan smiled and sat down infront of him, she pinched his cheeks a bit cause they were squishy. "I-I'm Ivan by the way..." She blushed embarrassed cause it was a boy's name. She looked at him and got right in his face with hers. "I-I'm a girl though so no funny jokes!" She pouted.

Danni blushed because she was so close... and pretty. Beautiful actually, up close. His ears flicked absently and it took hi a few seconds to respond.
"I-I won't!" He backed away a little bit, blinking. "I-I'm Danni.... D-Danni Nara..." He bit his lip with a fang and got his blush down. "My sister is that person who used to save people in the forest.. the golden spirit. Have you ever heard of her...?" He trailed off as he smelled blood. His senses got alert, who was bleeding, and was that person food...?

Ivan chuckled a bit and sat back to give him space. "Well its nice to meet you danni-kun! Hm? No i havent met her...I've been in the orphange for a couple years..." she looked to the cell door and saw Sani pull some hobo in before walking back out. "There danni." he went back to sleep with matsuda.
