When you cut the cord of a flamethrower, there is a hole.
Gasoline, normally stopped by the trigger of the mechanism is no longer held anywhere.
Thus fluid is now pooling around Ciel's feet.
Tosses match to the floor near Ciel.

Plant. Look in the "outside world" thread. Dusk city tribune and CNN international are the only game relevant news sources. I need to be posting them more often, but still. It would be CNN that you check for the time on a T.V.
