It IS true that humans seem to have a very malleable set of DNA. Mutations and freaks of nature seem to pop up in their number with alarming frequency. Perhaps Kara could put her obsession with these lesser beings to use by studying them.
In a scientific sense, though. Not as some experiment in camaraderie.
