Oh no, I'm like 95% sure that Serene will be fighting Sessouresu at some point. Either for sparring or if he does something she deems makes him a danger to the team. She did say she would kill him if he did something, and Serene doesn't lie (unless ordered to, or unless its important for her survival...)
And when she fights, she'll be completely outclassed ninjutsu-wise. And kenjutsu wise Sessy's Seoung Style's unpredictability would probably beat Serene's batto-style's standard defense maneuvers. Doubt her fire trick would really work either...
So I guess I get to eat a loss. Ehh, nothing new to me... talk2hand

That's the magic of character development. <3
No matter what sort of result you'll get in that fight, your character may become stronger from the experience.

But seriously. We're only just starting out. There's so much training to be had~!

There is another factor as well. Koto's Kenjutsu is B-rank and the two of them intend to train together. She'll likely improve by leaps and bounds having another talented swordsman to help expand her tactical arsenal.

On the other hand he doesn't sugar coat ANYTHING.
As for fighting, I'm actually shocked no one has challenged anyone to a duel yet. Its actually a bracket on the leader board in the village XD
