*stumbles in* whoot. I just got run over by the steamroller of life...coming off mono and a workshop weekend, i find out that my grandfather is dying, and won't last the night. and my best friend's sorta pissed at me.
on the plus side-we are having a Nov. 5th bonfire.and gingerbread guy fawkes'es

Since Gaia is international, they have to watch out for copyright infringement laws on certain objects....I'm quite surprised they got the Ninja Headband out, but the japanese aren't so strict on their copyrights and such...
The Guy Fawkes mask would be near impossible to implement...since Gaia risks being sued by some american company...(not sure on who owns the trademark mask...)

Perhaps, perhaps not- Sama-san. The headband does not show the image of Konoha's leaf, rather it is Gaia's wing. As such the headband can be seen as parody- protected under the constitution. Such could also be used to defend a version of the mask for Gaia. 3nodding

Gaia does that a lot, funny little parodies of other stuff to avoid copyrights.
Sorry about your grandfather, my uncle passed away last week... hope you feel better soon.
