Unfortunately, the boy followed her.
"Now, now," he said playfully. "I am not gonna let you walk away from me while you are mad.. Imagine if the last thing you think of the greatest ninja there is to be a bad thing!" He laughed slightly.
Kumiko rolled her eyes. If there was one good thing about this flirtatios, massive annoyance that some would call a boy, it was that he kept her angry enough to not get tired. Sweat was trickling into her eyes, and she swiped it out of her eyes quickly, supporting herself on one hand for a moment. "Just imagine," she muttered. "Seventy-three...seventy-five...seventy-six..."

"Okay.. I should defiently change direction.. Almost.." he grinned ".. Completely" he took a seat, a few rows away from her. She could possibly see his feet but only if she took the time to look through the many bench and chairlegs that blocked her view. His tora seal as intact and still active. His plan was to stay quiet and let her come to him, maybe it would cause' guilt maybe it wouldn't.

"Okay.. I should defiently change direction.. Almost.." the boy grinned. He dragged his chair a good distance away, so that Kumiko could only see his feet if she looked really hard. But she wouldn't. No, she wouldn't...
"Seventy-four...seventy-five...seventy-six..."
She wouldn't look at him. She wouldn't give him that satisfaction.
"Seventy-seven...seventy-eight...seventy-nine..."
She wouldn't look at him....she wouldn't...
"Eighty...eighty-one...eighty-two..."
ACK!!!!
Kumiko glanced over at the boy and immediately looked back down at the floor, her cheeks burning with the heat of humiliation. She couldn't believe she'd looked at him! Agh. To punish herself, she doubled her pace.
"Eighty-four eighty-five eighty-six eighty-seven eighty-eight eighty--ugh!" Her hand slid out from under her again, and down Kumiko went. She closed her eyes, letting her cheek rest on the cold floor for a moment.

Shinzu had given up on looking for the other boy and had decided to go to the practice range. On his way there he noticed a girl doing push ups, and being pestered by Masanori. Well they weren't exactly his problem so he pulled his kunai out of his holster and twirled it around his finger, making a loud wooshing sound as he walked past.

Andou walked into the academy dressed rather formally in a dark blue yukata. Then again, today was a non-school day due to the genin graduation ceremony they would be holding today. Of course, he was early. The ceremony wasn't due to start for another 2 hours. But Andou had always been a stick in the mud about work, that is, he was practically married to it. He always did his job as best he could, mostly because he had nothing else to do aside from train. What social life? And now that he'd been snubbed by the Council, well the political element in his life was gone too. To tell the truth, Andou actually felt a bit of unease...
He was holding a bag full of some stuff that clunked as well as some folders. It wouldn't be too far fetched to assume that the folders contained graduation certificates.

Shinzu was just heading out to the range when Andou walked in. "Oh hi Andou-Sensei." Then he noticed that Andou was dressed rather formally then he saw the bag with what evidently sounded like headbands. "OOOOOOOOO can I see one Andou-sensei?!?" Shinzu said excitedly as he stared intently at the bag wanting one of it's contents for his own, his hand moving to the opening of the bag on it's own.

"Oh, Akara..." Andou greeted his student. "Well you're here early." He smirked as Shinzu assumed what was inside the bag was headbands. Well, it wasn't too farfetched an idea, he supposed, but he was wrong.
"No..." he said, "these aren't headbands. Those are safe in a bag in my office. I prepared those last night. These are something else entirely." Of course Andou wasn't about to tell Shinzu.
"So Akara," Andou asked him, "nice training yesterday?"

Shinzu stared (>.>) at the bag wondering what might be in it. "Yeah it was good it took forever to finish though and I didn't even get all of it done. I practice my chakra moulding on the shoreline for most of the day. I would've finished earlier if I didn't get hit by a tidal wave!" Shinzu said obviously still mad about being soaked by the wave. "That's why I got here early so I could do some taijutsu traing thing you could help me? Well at least tell me the best way to practice short of a spar with you clone?"
Shinzu stood there for a moment before he had another question to ask "Andou-sensei are there any penalties for wandering Shinobi?"

Andou could see Shinzu's curiosity at what was in the bag and well, he had a sadistic streak in him, of course he enjoyed it. He tried to mask it best he could though. It helped that he was still smirking. "Tidal waves huh?" he said. "Well ever since the Earth Master's invasion, the sea's been a bit unpredictable. I've heard of people getting washed out to sea and never coming back. Of course they don't find their bodies either." Andou was never one to soften the facts but you already knew that. "So don't be too careless near the sea. Then again, the unpredictable sea protects us as well..."
He heard Shinzu's request and beckoned him to follow. "Short of me, there's always a practice dummy. I'll take you to the gym. And as for your last question... it's a bit early for you to be thinking of leaving Kirigakure don't you think? Students won't be overly penalised if they leave Kirigakure without approval. They'd be treated like normal civilians. Genin would be treated with more importance, Chuunin even more and so on. Of course it also depends on what you know." Andou was walking in front of Shinzu so he wouldn't see any changes that came across the boy's face. Shinzu wouldn't see any of his either. Did Shinzu know something he didn't, because the thought of making preparations should the worst happen had struck Andou late last night..

"Yes Andou sensei I'll try to be more careful at the shoreline from now on." Shinzu said as he began to follow Andou. "I'm not considering leaving right now. I just, I don't know, I just think I want to travel around when I get older and learn more about the other countries and study shinobi skills from the various villages. Heck maybe even do some training with a samurai I don't know." Shinzu said with a shrug he was largely oblivious to what was going on with the council because he'd been more focused on his ninja training lately.

"Hmm," Andou replied as they finally reached the gym which was two floors below the ground surface. Pushing open the door Andou was reminded of the time he locked Battousai inside the gym. Good thing he was still smirking. That had been fun...
"Well a travelling ninja is officially classified as a sennin. There have been a few in my time. But sennin are usually very powerful, very respected, trusted hugely by the village... that's why they allow them to travel after all," Andou answered him. "Well we'll see how life turns out I suppose."
He pushed a few switches which snapped to the on state with a click and the lights to the gym were all switched on. Andou pointed over to where the training dummies were kept. "Those are the training dummies. You can just train there for now. Of course if it's too musty you can bring one up and train outside." The dummies were made of a strong durable material, one that could sustain lots of punches and kicks. Vital areas were painted on with a bullseye so Shinzu would know where to aim.

"I suppose we will." Shinzu said on Andou's comment about the future. "Thank you Andou-sensei." Shinzu said as he grabbed a dummy and pulled it into a particuarly open area so he'd have more room to practice. "Oh yes will you come get me before the ceremony?" He asked of Andou as he prepared to 'fight' the dummy.

Hiru entered the academy dressed in his usual shonobi vestments. Given the fact that formal clothes were usually given to you by your family for important events, it was obvious he wouldn't have any. In fact, he hadn't even bothered to ask his parents since he was convinced they would not have shown, as he believed no Hoshigaki would show for that matter.
Now, he wasn't certain where the ceremony itself would be held. He just thought he'd look for Mean-Sensei and follow him around until he went to the exact location. For the moment, Andou was still carrying a bag around and showing that younger student from the day before to the gym. Hiru remained in the hall and spyed on the sensei from a distance, making sure he knew what he was doing at all times.
