"Not as scary as I thought it was...I jsut wish all the memories that went with it would come back."
She missed whatever those memories were, including the one of Joe's expression with Alexis kicking.

Drake chuckled and says, "Hopefully the babies will inherit its mother's lovely voice and share it." He hoped the best for the baby, babies. His son had found a lovely and sweet woman, may the children be lucky enough to do the same.
Ra stroked her hand, and let the hand rest on her stomach. He was so glad to be a father, and that he was lucky enough to have Sky as his wife.

Raven pressed a fingertip to his lips. "Shh...right now I don't care what happened...The fact you came back is what matters."
She didn't say how much hearing Alexis cry for her father broke her heart, or how much she'd missed him. She simply wanted to keep this moment.
Sky smiled and her cheeks gave a faint rosy color. She rested a hand over her mate's hand on her stomach and smiled, thinking that their baby or babies were there inside.

He opened his eyes then to look at her, appreciating what she had done for him. She had done everything, had dealt with every abuse and let down he'd thrown at her, and still she remained with him, more to the point, had returned to his side when he finally let her.
"Why do you tolerate me here?"
He asked, he hadn't meant to ask, had meant to just silently admire her form and her person, but that had only pushed the question to the forefront of his mind.

Raven took a deep breath and let it out softly. Why did she tolerate him? She didn't know. If she did, she couldn't say nor was she willing to say.
If she was any other woman, she'd have acted differently, pushing him away and probably keeping him from Alexis. But she wasn't like other women and she'd had her share of breaking down but everytime she did, she did it quietly, out of sight.
When she could speak she just shook her head. "I don't know why...."

He couldn't help but smile. She had taken him back, mistakes and all, and had no idea why. It was good and if she didn't know why, he wasn't going to question it, just in case she'd leave him if he did.
"It's fine, I'm glad you're here"
He assured her, genuinly happy to have her around.

She tunneled her fingers through his hair, enjoying the silky feel of it in her hands. She questioned herself on why she felt so strong for him and why she couldn't say what was there.

He smiled and kissed her again. Even as incubus who can't love you could still have favourites and people you considered a bit more than for just a feed, or even a more regular feed.
Raven belonged to those he considered a bit more. She was a friend and a good lay, both good reasons to stay on her good side, and both only the icing on the cake for him, after all, she was also the mother of his daughter and the most forgiving woman he'd ever known, and he knew enough women to make her the rarity among them.

"he loves it" Ame replied hugging Calla close breifly before letting her go. He nuzzled his cheek against hers before looking around.

"It is nice...Crazy but nice."
She giggled and kissed himself softly and looking about.
"Even the rooms are designed for the individual that occupys them...though some need to be worked on still, I think."
Raven returned his kiss and smiled as she caressed his face, whatever they thought of each other, she was confused. She felt strongly about him even when she hurt thinking of how she hurt Jay.
With a small smile, she sat up despite wanting to just stay there with him. Except they had a daughter to check up on even when she was asleep and with Andras playing guard.
"Come on Joe. We could use a bit of coffee and I like how you prepare it."
She said it quietly before redressing in a simple t-shirt and jeans that were starting to get holes in their knees. She walked out of her room and downstairs, pausing as she saw Ame and Calla sitting on the couch.
She swallowed a little and smile gently. "Hey Ame..."
Calla turned about in her seat and waved to Raven. "Raven! You have some very pretty flowers from Jay."
Raven blinked and nodded. "Thank you, Lily."

"just like our house, you have Oli and Ju who share a room and are always having pillow fights or arguements, Nuvello who plays his music way loud, Neo who runs around the place just chasing invisible things, Jay and I seem like the only sane ones" Ame said, returning her kiss and smiling. It was a nice place, he liked his home aswell. Especially the view on the lake it had.
His ear twitched and he looked up when he saw Raven enter, not knowing how to adjust to the new situation properly yet. He held no beef against her, he was just a tad annoyed that she had hurt Jay and gone with someone else, even if she had been with him long before Jay, he didn't like people messing about with people he cared about, whether intentional or not.
"hello Raven, Jay gave you flowers as a peace offering, he would have given them to you himself but he was occupied" Ame said with a smile, keeping his inner thoughts to himself. He just needed to make sure Jay was alright about it before he let it go.

Calla looked between the two and fluttered her wings a bit, nibbling on her lip.

Ame let a sigh pass his lips, hands running through his blonde and white hair.
"it isn't me who you should be saying this too, but Jay...he doesn't blame you..he moped about for a few days and then this morning...I saw him by the lake and he was enjoying himself, smiling and laughing as he talked with a red-headed guy..."
he didn't feel the need to say that Jay had started a little physical affection with said red-head either. His hand moved to lay over Calla's.
