"he's already a fool, he doesn't need to get arrested for disturbing the peace on top of that." Allysha shook her head, wrinkled her nose, and gave one last heave on aram's ankle, leaving the catboy a liquid heap on the floor.
"You're just stubborn, fluffbutt." Aram stretched and pulled himself up off the floor, rubbng at his forehead. "This girl here, she's got the right idea. one of these days you're gonna check your watch and see that you've lived your life an' done nuthin'." He turned towards her, gooming his hand, then smiled brightly. "Hi! I'm Aram Mer Felitz Von Wonderkind! Who're you?"

Rei could read the excitement in Lacuna at the mentioning of new spells, and he nodded to her some. Let's just get you some new ones...Maybe you can show me the extent of what you can do, and I'll help you not need silly books, hai? He offered, with a wink.

Rei blushed as Lacuna embraced him again, but he smiled softly and hugged her back. Well lets go then, shall we? he asked, letting go of the girl just a touch.

Lacuna nodded and released Rei with a small yawn. Lacuna gripped her bag tightly around her shoulder and smiled gracefully.
"I'm afraid you'll have to lead the way", she said.

Allysha sniffed, primly extending a hand towards megan and giving her s strained, polite smile. "My name is Allysha Elise Lapin. If we become friends, you may call me 'Lysha."
"Aww, don't bother with old fluff-butt here, she just doesn't know how to have a decent time. Charmed to meet you, Megan m'love! and thanks, I thought a long time coming up with all that." He smiled and impulsively grabbed her hand, giving it a quick lick, his equivalent of a courtly kiss.

Mega giggled, blushing slightly when Aram licked her hand, shaking Allysha's hand before it. "It's nice to met you, Allysha." She giggled as she pulled her hand back. "I have a feeling Aram calls you 'fluff-butt' often?"
She looked back over at Aram, laughing lightly. "Well, I think all that time was put to a good use then!"

"Mm." allysha said, non-commitally. "He thinks he's being terribly clever. there are a whole host of names i could come up with for him, but i prefer not to sink to his level." The catboy smiled widely and merrily in response. "At least, not in public!" He ducked away from the rabbit-featured girl's automatic swat and turned his attention back to megan. "
You really think so? 'Tilda says teacup is a much better name for me, but that's only when she's been at the drain cleaner.. or the absinthe.. or the cold syrup." he shrugged eloquently and motioned towards an unnocupied table. "My feet hurt after that fall. if the princess fluffy-tail would allow it, shall we be seated?"(i feel all verbose!) Sunray Tristram
Loki only shrugged. He certainly wouldn't insult the boy's lover by saying that he doubted he could be killed but it was true, at least in Loki's mind. Demon's weren't so easy to get rid of. "Ah, but fighting's no fun. I'd rather make more friends. Would it be better if I complimented him as well?," he asked with a playful grin.

Rei laughed some and nodded, taking Lacuna's elbow in his hand gently to lead her to the door. I think I can do that. he offered with a smile as he pushed the door open to let them out.

Sunray Tristram Nikolai watched her then remembered the time he was able to do the same. Granted, he didn't have such drinks where he came from but he simply missed the food, taste, smell, everything. Was it because of the demon in him that he could handle such things now? He would still need blood from time to time but he yearned for food again. "I think maybe I will. If I can handle this coffee then maybe one night I can take you out for dinner...or something." He didn't know if it sounded like asking her out on a date or not. He'd never done such a thing before. Misaki paused, then giggled softly. What would you like to drink, cutie? she asked him moving to get out of her chair to go get it for him. She thought about what he had asked, wondering herself if he was hinting at some sort of date. Either way, she shrugged it off for now. And dinner sounds like a fine idea as well, she added with a wink.

I love a generous girl. I'll have a venti double chocolat-mocha frappichino with a shot of catnip flavoring, mint if they don't have catnip." He turned his chair around and plopped down, folding his arm over the back. Allysha seated herself more demurely. "Fine. if you wish to be an uncultured, boorish mooch, get on with it. but i will not impose so on so short of an acquaintance."

"Thanks, megs!" Aram stabbed his straw through the copious amount of whipped cream and took a large suck. "mmm, hits the spot.... scomps?"
"I'll buy my own drink, if i should be thirty, thank you, Miss Ballange. I just came along to keep aram here tethered, really. she too paused and cocked her head at megan. "Scomps?"
