Sunny let out a cheer and kicked out her legs until she realised it was a trap. "Oh fish and chips!" she said as if it were a curse.

Sunny smiled up at him. "You're cute when you care" she said, apparently channeling him or at least experiencing a burst of her own confidence. "She's doing well. Apparently she's dreaming, but good dreams. No feverish nightmares. After you all leave I'll sing her a few lullabys and keep her company" she said as she looked back at the girl.

Storm blinked out of her memory, and saw she had Sunny once more for a compaion. She managed not to frown, but not much else. Storm sat perfectly still on the edge of the bed, not really wanting to be spoken to, not trusting herself not to snap again.

Sunny gave Storm a polite nod as she re-set the covers ofver the young girl, humming a soft tune and smiling at her like a mother would her child.

Sunny smiled at Storm as if she was the child now. "You mean care? The poor thing probably doesn't even remember what it's like to be loved and cared for. No being should ever have to live without it... Should EVER doubt that out there somewhere there is always someone who will or already does love them" she explained softly, stroking the girl's hair.

Baby PK:*drops in next to storm and sunny* doubt is common among you mortals... it's understandable, considering how you people betray eachother at the drop of a hat.... betrayal is the essense of human society, so people have a right to doubt whatever they want... all it does is make them miserable, you can try to convince them otherwise, but ignorance is another thing your kind does extremely well...
