Jay's eyes widdened as he felt the tiny heart beat that was fluttering under his hand. He backed away and looked at her in disbelief. With Teo pregnant her price was going to sky rocket... And some Master's might want only the child, to train. Like what happened to James, a previous pet that once had been in his shop. Jay swallowed and backed out of the cage. He gently closed the door and sat down. Worry filled his face as he looked at Teo. He then caught the scent of blood and looked at Fyrn. He had no way of calming her down. His ribs were still healing and if he spoke they were more or less likely to fall out of place. He ran his fingers through his hair in frustration and then pounded his fist against the ground not wanting Teo's kit or kits to be born into slavery.

Leva watched quietly before slowly approaching the two of them, "Jay...what's gotten into you...?" She whispered, "I know you're in pain...but you can't be so rough on others." She didn't like that side to Jay and it was too frequently seen lately. All the same, she felt as though they were as close to being friends as she'd had in a long time. She didn't want that to change.

 Teo relaxed slowly as she watched him backing out of her cage, her body was still ridged as she watched him growling alittle. she knew that look and knew what it had to mean, she was going to be a mom. her ears twitched as she relaxed when the cage door was shut and she shifted and stood looking at Fyrn her ears twitching "I'm ok...." she said to the fire kitsune not wanting her to hurt herself anymore than she already was, before she looked at Jay quietly "so....its true huh?......" she asked already knowing the awnser and wasn't sure whether to be proud to be able to be a mom or terrified of the implications of it.

Catch me....Fyrn heard Teo's voice, reassuring her, and she felt her muscles ease. She collapsed in a heap, feeling relieved, and suddenly very very sore. She let out a soft whine, and began to lick her paws, even if it was painful. getting so out of hand was not a good thing to do. She peered at the bars of the cage, noticing how mangled and gash ridden they looked. Her ears flattened against her head and she sighed, winced, and went back to slowly licking her paws. She wasn't entirely sure what had just happened, or why she had felt so absolutely infuriated. It was a new emotion to her, and was unseeingly unfamiliar. If you can.........

Jay gave Teo a nod and then looked at Leva. He lifted himself up onto his feet and walked over to Teo's paperwork. He needed to change her sexual status and add something to her information. Once the changes were done he put his hand to his forhead and closed his eyes. He felt as if pounds of weight were just slowly being added onto him every minute. Jay sat down and held his face in his hand. What was he going to do now...?

Teo watched him stand and walk away and knew he was changing her paperwork, her ears went back against her head as she looked down and placed her hand on her abdomen quietly. she felt like crying but refused to give into the tears that were clouding her vision, she knew that her offspring would be taken away from her if she wasn't bought first and even then there was no guarentee (sp?). her legs were shaking so bad she just plopped on the floor and sat there her ears back against her head and her legs drawn up to her chest her head resting on her knees, while her tail was curled around her feet.

Leva swallowed, now understanding what was going on by their actions. She floated to a seated position and sighed, "Well...isn't this a predicament..." She whispered. She felt for Teo, knowing that sort of hurt herself, atleast in one aspect.

Catch me....Fyrn continued to nurse her wounds, pondering what it was that had made Jay behave this way. And then she realized it. Teo had to be pregnant! Her head snapped up abruptly, and she gazed over at Teo's cage. This couldn't be good. What would happen to her kits? Her ears flattened against her head at the thought of small babies being sold into slavery, and she grumbled. It wasn't something she wanted to happen. She hoped that would never happen to her children, if she ever had any. She highly doubted it, since it was hard for her kind to have children in the first place. She sighed, feeling rather sad. She could only imagine what was going through Teo's head. If you can.........

Jay sighed and closed his eyes, "Leva" he said in a soft whisper and massaged his temples, "Teo..." Jay winced in pain slightly as he spoke, "This is a s-serious problem..." He whispered trying to to expand his lungs too much, "If you remain pregnant you and your kits may be sold seperatly or will either be taken from you..."

Teo lifted her head as she heard her name and looked up at him as he spoke "if i remain.....pregnant?" she asked her eyes narrowing dangerously "what....do you want me to try and get rid of them?" she asked bareing her fangs at him, before she stood and turned her back on him "i know what will happen" she said as she lept up onto her Cat pole and climbed to the very top and laid down her back to the rest. his words hurt more than the knowledge that she was pregnant and that her offspring were doomed to the same fate as her unless something drastic happened.

Leva nodded quietly as she scratched the back of her head, "Yes, yes it is." She sighed and rested her face in her palm, "But there isn't much to be done about it...you can't change what has happened..." She shrugged, "Well, technically 'you' couldn't, but I could...if we had my lamp..." She blew her hair out of her face in exasperation. "I hate my limitations..." She muttered to herself before turning to Teo, "Can I get you anything hun?"

Catch me....Fyrn finished licking her raw paws, and limped over to, and up into her spot in her tree. Her paws hung down across the branch as she lay her head down, looking like a sleeping panther. It was a surprise the tree didn't catch fire, though her flames now were almost nonexistent, having died down to a soft smolder that wouldn't even feel hot to the touch. She had exhausted herself, mentally and physically. "I'm never going to do that again..." She muttered, her tail curling around the branch to keep her balance. If you can......... (G'nite)

Jay closed his eyes as he listened to Teo's angry words. He wouldn't want her to despose of her children. Jay let his head it the back of his head rest and clenched his fist. No matter what he did.... Nothing was right. No matter what he said.... He said something wrong. He clenched his fist and felt the mark on his chest growing hot. He hissed in pain and clenched his eyes shut as he listened to Lucifer's voice in his mind. Jay lowered his head and let his hair fall over his face as he dug his nails into the armrest.

Teo glanced at Leva as she heard her question and thought for a second, before she shook her head "no...i don't think i can keep anything down at the moment" she said as she laid back down, now watching Jay as she noticed the Mark on his chest glowing and knew Lucifer was speaking to him. her ears were back against her head as she watched unblinking, she figured it would have to be something to do with her but she couldn't be sure.
