Melphaligal the Challama Mikallen Melphaligal the Challama Mikallen Melphaligal the Challama Don't tell me what to do! Lol my grammar and spelling are bad and you can't do anything about it! Well, you could always use spellcheck. Or proofread. I do use spellcheck, my spelling is just that bad. Proofreading is boring to. I should do it but I probably won't. You should. I did on the last one but I don't think it helped. Practice makes perfect.

Vivid Spider Starting a new paragraph when someone new speaks is elementary language arts class. No offense to anyone, just super saiyan. ;-; Unfortunately I never attended those classes, the private school I went to while they were teaching those things in public schools decided I should learn German (I don't remember any of it really) and human anatomy instead. All of my English and grammar are pretty much everything I managed to cobble together through reading and what you guys tell me. So I know excuses, excuses, excuses, but do try to be nice when you tell people these things, and try not to be jerks. I know my grammar and spelling are awful so I don't take to much offense but some people might. Even I get a little upset when sometimes I basically get a "Your writing sucks!" Just a little heads up on your guys part. tl:dr- Be nice when you tell people about a mistake in their writing!

Wanders in. I'm. Finally. Caught up. And actually have time to invest into posting. I believe Claire was supposed to be catching a Ghastly sometime soon if that's still cool.
Also a new character idea is forming in my head. I suck at sticking with old characters. sweatdrop
I don't care how you post so long as it's legible. I mean, having a few speakers in one small paragraph is fine with me. I think it takes up too much page space to start a new line for every single person speaking. I just try to put stuff into 4 or 5 sentence paragraphs so long as it doesn't get too cluttered. I think font color changing based on the speaker helps dissolve a lot of the problems associated with this method, but I'm too lazy to do that.
Also, english teachers worldwide suck at their job. Admittedly I moved around every 3 or 4 years so my education was all messed up by switching curriculums but I still managed to figure it out. Mostly.

Pick up any novel off a shelf and thumb through the dialogue; new speakers always get a new paragraph. It's one of the first things I was taught in writing and English and all that jazz. It flows better and is much easier to follow. And, it may seem like a waste of space, but it looks better, too. I'd prefer it if everyone tried to follow this, if possible. And I honestly don't care about perfect grammar and spelling, just as long as everyone is trying and it's not completely illegible. 3nodding
And also: Yay Mag posting! =D

sweatdrop If I may get off topic for a moment, I have a suggestion. Why don't we make a photobucket account for just the roleplay? That way all of our sprites could be organized much easier and they'll all kept in one place and easy to find. Not to mention that we can save bandwidth or space or whatever on our own accounts haa. We can have a common password that we can all use or something. 3nodding

Well, maybe it's time for a revolution! You don't see colored text in most novels after all. We can do things our own way. This is the internet! Nothing is impossible! *insert more inspiring jargon here*
Haha, yeah Aire, it's amazing but it does happen sometimes. Plus we all get bored of the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep after a while on our rare days off from work. Actually I did work today, but since I didn't work from 7am till 8 or 9 pm it feels like a day off.
@Lala: I'd say sharing the password is a bad idea. Maybe just have the admins know it and upload stuff to it for the group. We can upload the sprites ourselves and then delete it after they save it or something. It's an extra step, but it'd keep the account from being screwed with not that most of us aren't trustworthy. It's just those newbies I'ma scared of.

Well I actually wasn't counting newbies haha. ^^; Most newbies don't have their own sprites or anything anyway, you know? I was just thinking us main posters. But of course, if that's an issue for anyone else, that sounds great too. razz

For me, it all boils down to this: If I can't understand your posts, I'm going to save myself the trouble and not bother reading them. Simple, no?

I actually have two photobucket accounts, and one is used strictly for TTR stuff. I will gladly upload and host images for TTR if people want me too, just let me know. ^.^

I honestly don't think the shared photobucket idea is a bad one. Lala was right, most new people don't have a custom sprite and by the time they get one we usually trust them enough that it wouldn't be to big of a deal. It is not like you are uploading personal information there or anything.
