Kuro ran through the back alleyways, he could sense that something teriible was happening. A demon was being attacked This could be another irregular attack, if I can get there in time then could find out what this weapon is. Kuro then sank into the ground so that he could move faster.
By the time he found the demon they were already dead and the murderer was gone Damn it, i was too late, that another demon, and we are so few in numbers. Kuro picked up the body and sank back into the ground.

Bridget and Sanchez were going for thier biggest hit ever.... they had brought thier assault rifles and ten UV grenades each; plus the pistols and some flash/bands..... along with thier optics and 4 demo satchels. They stopped the car a block from the target house(a run down tenament which no one lived in). They sat in the car until the first ray of sunlight began its ascent over the city's skyline then moved down the street towards the target...most vampires would be there now(about twenty) and maybe a few stragglers. They stopped in front of the building and then forced the front doors open and left them that way.. then it was room to room breaking out the boarded up windows to the sunlight as they cleared the first floor.... they did find the stairs leading down stairs into the cellar and Sanchez went half way down before tossing a UV grenade into the middle of the cellar. There were screams and a few 'cooking vampires' ran into the opening where Sanchez cut them down. A search indicated the maybe six vampires had been down there...that left about fourteen. Bridget took lead and Sanchez was rear guard when they slowly worked thier way up...she knew that the vampires knew they were here it was just a matter of time. Bridget and Sanchez worked thier way up checking every room and smashing every boarded up window so the sunlight could get in. It was slow going but by the time they reached the top floor thier were only four left. Bridget kicked open a locked door and was met with three rounds from a pistol; her light body armor taking the hits and she fired back near cutting the vampire in two. That left three and she had Sanchez kick the door while she dumped in a UV grenade; and then there were none... They then used the four demo satchels to rig the tenament to come down; no use of letting the vampires just re-fix the place. They set the timer forur ten minutes and left and got into the car...exactly ten minutes the four satchels went off collapsing the building. Sanchez and Bridget drove away.

Astaroth walked down the streets, feeling his way through the city with his mind, and watching the world he had recently joined again. He was 'dressed' in a white business suit, with white shoes, white lensed sunglasses, and his white hair was pulled back in a ponytail.
He walked down the street, and a band of punks saw him. Figuring him for a richie, they started stalking after him. Astaroth noticed them following him, feeling their putrid human auras. After leading them on a long walk, they finally rushed up to him.
They grabbed at his coat, and turned him around, readying a bat. He caught the bat as it swung at him, with no effort at all. The punks looked stunned, and he ripped the bat from the attacker's hand, spinning it around in milliseconds. He rose it up, and smashed the human's head in.
Luckily, they were in an alleyway, so the violent scene that followed, with beatings, bashings, and blood spraying onto the concrete walls and the asphalt ground, was not seen by police or other humans. He looked at his illusory suit, and burned it. Casting a new suit, exactly the same, and brand new. Pushing his sunglasses up his nose, he exited the alleyway, and continued his walk.
He was searching for Teslae... a Hunter... Descendant of a priest who imprisoned Astaroth.
He would get revenge...

-The elder vampire sat upon the roof of what seemed to be an abandoned warehouse, her short red hair swaying about her shoulders...yet the cards in front of remained unmoved. A mischeivous smile pulled at her lips as she turned over cards in the twelve card layout one by one, giggling when the ominous looking ones piqued her interest.
She was hungry...thirsting, though it was barely needed, her old heart craved the rush. And all about her...for about ten miles in every direction of her she allowed her aura to be felt...unconcentrated...free and roaming. A power left so untapped...and perhaps unstable, untouched by time save to intensify. How long before this city would bore her...she wondered. She picked up the next card...The wheel of fortune...reversed.-

Liora took a final draft from her cigarette before tossing aside the butt and grinding it into the sidewalk with the toe of her shoe. Her fingers she lightly dabbed on her thigh. Next time she wanted a smoke, she would have to purchase a batch of new lighters as well. She would have bought the goods now, but she did not feel inclined to bother with the greasy sales clerk more than once tonight. And so, her predicament reversed itself. Where she once had a lighter but no cigs, Liora now had a fresh pack of Salems but no lighter. It was like a microcosm of her life: she had what she needed, but what she needed always arrived at the wrong time.
Turning, she headed back towards the general vicinity of her apartment. The prospect of going further into the grasp of the city no longer entertained her; though the time she had was limited, Liora felt disinclined to continue her search into the lesser, poorer quarters of the city. That was where the road she was currently on would take her. Yet again, Liora sensed a source of paralellism between her life and her situation, but she was beginning to suspect that her insight was a strange side-effect of the nicotine. Who knew that Salems could make her feel so profound?
Her heels tapped lightly on the cement as she walked, and the skirt of her scarlet dress danced a whirling-dervish path around her legs. A slight cool breeze had picked up; this was turning out to be the perfect weather for an outing. Perhaps she would simply continued past her apartment and scope out the opposite direction for a time. The weather was too nice to waste rotting away indoors.

No hunters had come to his call. He would page them once more and if still no people showed up, he would hunt alone.
The pagers of hunters everywhere in the city rang again. With a simple message. "Tokeru needs help, the big hunt is on" The message also conveyed his location.
While waiting for any possible hunter to come, he decided to keep himself entertained. He placed a UV beacon on the cieling he was on. And also turned on his sonic pulse cannon. This would annoy the hell out of any lycan or vampire coming into the area, and would lure them to him. It would also attract some demons that were curious enough to wonder why a lone hunter was doing something that stupid. TO want to attract vampires and lycans by the droves. Tokeru had no answer for that either.

Looking at the message he recived he decided it would be worth the few minutes walk to see what this other hunter was up to.

Tsunami sat on a bench on a busy street of the town. She wore blue jean pants and a black tank top with her favorite leather cape. Her black hair blew in the wind slightly as it curled around her body.
I wonder what heppend to him. He hasnt showed up since I got back. She sat there a frown on her face. She had been trying to get on touch with her old friends. She found her best Neko. But that wasnt enough. She needed them all.

Liora had, indeed, choosen to continue on her aimless walk. As she passed the apartment complexes, she tossed a rhetorical nod towards the buildings and her 'den'. Oddly enough, the lycanthrope huntress was not yet plagued by fatigue. She was becoming more and more nocturnal, and Liora noted this transformation well. Her nocturnalism was yet another instinct she would be forced to battle adamantly if she wished to maintain even a semblance of a normal life. The list of her burdens appeared to be growing daily. Ah, well, c'est la vie.
A shrill noise reached her ears. It felt as though the sound was a sharp object, piercing both the air and her eardrums. Due to her sensitive hearing, an acute cranial pain arrived with the irking sound. Liora's hands moved to plug her ears, and her lips pulled back into a snarl of dissapproval. Whomever was sounding such a device certainly was trying to get on her 'bad' side, unless... Liora's previous erect posture slowly returned, and she pulled her hands away from her ears. Of course! Such a device surely was the equipment of a hunter, perhaps one whom knew of the 'Haven' which she sought. Liora turned her gaze towards what she presumed the source of the sound to be. The sound was annoying, but Liora headed towards it anyway at a quick clip. Her heels rang clearly off of the cement as she ran. The nearer she got to the sound's source, the harder to tolerate the sound became. Soon, Liora spied a glowing beacon atop a building. So, she could go no further. She fretted that by the time she climbed such a complex, the hunter on top would have departed. Her only hope was to attract the hunter's attention somehow and pray for the best.
"That's a splendid tool for a fellow hunter." she yelled out to the top of the building. Her voice, as feminine as it was, proved to be unworthy competition for the sonic pulses emanating from the device. Her mellifluos tones were practically drowned by the device, or at least according to her ears. Perhaps the hunter heard her, perhaps not. If not, she'd have to ascend to the building's top. Her golden eyes gleamed in the gloom as she watched the silhouette of the roof eagerly.

Tokeru heard the other hunter and shut off the device. He looked down and saw a woman. He didn't know who she was but yet, he just returned from a long journey.
"Thank you, I invented it myself. Wait no, Siger invented it, i stole the credit for it, then he hit me. Come up and join me, i'm waiting for more hunters to come. If they ever do."

A charming smile swept across Liora's face. Mission accomplished; she'd found another hunter like herself. Mentally giving herself a hearty pat on the back, the woman made her way up through the building before emerging on the roof proper. Her heart was racing in excitement, and it felt as though it had almost leapt into her throat. The man had suggested the presence of even more hunters in New York. This might prove to be even greater than she had anticipated; the other's presence was further proof that the hunters had congregated into one fully-functional group. Her hopes, indeed, were rewarded, and then some. However, Liora was now faced with a dilemma. Exactly how honest could she be with this stranger? Though she believed his claim to be a hunter, Liora was loathe to trust a complete stranger. He was...he was human, and therefore likely to not trust her even if she was being completely honest. Should she tell him that she was not familiar with the Haven? Should Liora mention her race up front? Such questions completely occupied Liora's thoughts, creating a veritable whirlwind of confusion in her mind.
Before the whirlwind could create much havoc, Liora simply halted her thought process completely and cleared her mind. She would rely on her reliable timing and improvisation skills to answer her questions, and Liora would come to her own conclusions from the answers given. For now, she beamed at her fellow hunter, brushing off the skirt of her crimson dress awkwardly.
"A hit you no doubt deserved; stealing credit is a scornable act, indeed. Unless, of course, you can avoid being caught." Liora replied with a wink."You say more hunters are coming? Exactly what is our target tonight? I imagine it must be rather large in order to require more than just us."
