If you actually read my argument, you wouldn't have posted a single dang word. Explain to me how Ikkaku can pull off lifting and using his weapons without inversely allowing Shiruba to do what he can do.

And for more proof for you, the link to the Zanpakuto traits and features in the Bleach wiki.
http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/ZanpakutÅ
But for those of you who don't go to the link, here is the exact quote of the site information on Zanpakuto Facts.
Because they are part of their owner's soul, a Zanpakutō cannot be replaced, though it will slowly regenerate if it is broken.
The Zanpakutō size reflects the amount of the swordsman's spiritual power.
If a Shinigami pierces the chest of a human with their Zanpakutō and channels their Reiryoku through it into the Human's body, it will transform that human into a Shinigami temporarily. The act does not have a high chance of viability even when the human in question has a high level of spiritual energy, and if the method does fail the human will die.
Every Zanpakutō has its own name.
A Zanpakutō can determine whether or not its wielder is worthy of its power.
Normally, even a broken Zanpakutō would return to its original state as its wielder recovered.
Zanpakutō have a true form. This true form resides inside their Shinigami. A Zanpakutō has a mind, and a body that controls their powers. Shinigami are able to grow more powerful by communicating with them.
Zanpakutō possess their own reiatsu, which can be sensed as any reiatsu can and is identical to that of their wielder though with subtle differences.
Though rare, it is not impossible for more than one soul to be attuned to the same spirit. In such cases, ancient law of the Soul Society will not allow two beings to wield the same Zanpakutō, in which case, they must duel for ownership of the spirit, with the winner gaining it and the loser being sentenced to death.
No matter what form (or size) a Zanpakutō takes, it is always virtually effortless for its owner to wield because it is a part of its owner's soul. Shinigami captains all consciously keep their Zanpakutō in a manageable size, otherwise they would be holding Zanpakutō the size of skyscrapers. Therefore, one cannot judge one's opponent's strength solely by the size of their Zanpakutō.
Chew on those apples for a while. All this information validates my argument perfectly. Shiruba can do what he can do. If you don't like it, o well. I did not make the rules on how Zanpakuto work and I will follow these rules as best as possible.

Lol. Ikkaku again. Have you seen Ikkaku fighting with those ******** at extreme close range? No, he does exactly what Virgil said Shiruba would be limited to. Why? Because they're big as ********, that's why. I do not give a s**t if it being a part of him makes it easier to wield due to weight alone, but I will be damned if I sit idly by and watch you rip everything I know and practice day in and day out to shreds because you're misinterpreting a MANGA.
This is my guild, and when push comes to shove, I make the rules. I hate s**t that doesn't make sense and I avoid it like the plague. If I do something that doesn't make sense, Dante calls me on it, and after whining about not wanting to change it because I think it's cool, I change it because it's right. Don't like it? Oh well; you know how to leave. You can have a bad day all you want, you can lose a girl, or do whatever you were talking about the other day, but it doesn't give you a right to be rude. I'm bleeding from my genitals, my back is killing me, I bloat, I have cramps, I have a throbbing wound on my stomach and I cannot take pills because my body rejects them. I have wanted to literally strangle anyone that even looks at me funny every second of every day since this started, but I don't because I have self control. You simply cannot use your baggage as an excuse to be a b*****d.
I have spoken.

I'm gonna quote you here because you have offended me by insinuating I made my point without taking into account all data at hand. Rathmostofar Because they are part of their owner's soul, a Zanpakutō cannot be replaced, though it will slowly regenerate if it is broken. Irrelevant: No one said they weren't. Rathmostofar The Zanpakutō size reflects the amount of the swordsman's spiritual power. Irrelevant: No one said they don't. Rathmostofar If a Shinigami pierces the chest of a human with their Zanpakutō and channels their Reiryoku through it into the Human's body, it will transform that human into a Shinigami temporarily. Therefore, one cannot judge one's opponent's strength solely by the size of their Zanpakutō. Notice the words that are bold in that statement? Take a moment and really consider what they mean. Virtually effortless is not effortless and a 4 foot blade is not a manageable size for finesse combat at close range due to the reasons I previously said. Hell I'd argue a 4 foot blade isn't a manageable size for combat at any range. Rathmostofar Chew on those apples for a while. All this information validates my argument perfectly. Shiruba can do what he can do. If you don't like it, o well. I did not make the rules on how Zanpakuto work and I will follow these rules as best as possible. So basically you try to disprove my completely valid argument through the method of deflection by posting superfluous facts that no one was arguing against before finishing up with a statement you MISTAKENLY believe supports your argument, but, as the words I so graciously put in bold point out, actually supports mine more. Mayhaps if you'd actually read my argument and taken it into consideration instead of prematurely jumping on the rage train you wouldn't have bothered posting a reply. In closing: Thank you for kindly demonstrating to us how all that comes out of an a** is useless s**t.

I'm sorry Taigaa for all your pains, really I am, but I have not done anything wrong here. I am debating my case for my characters abilities, weapon powers, etc. because I know that you all seem to have a problem with it, when there shouldn't be one.
I have remained relatively calm as I have spoke to you all about this issue, because I did not want this to escalate into something it isn't, but it seems like no one here wants to listen or read the evidence, especially the head of this damn Guild, who needs to accept WHEN SHE'S WRONG
I do not give a damn if you are the Queen of England, or if whoever you think you are. Captains are supposed to listen to the Members of their Guilds when they present evidence of what is right and what is wrong and I have provided all of the evidence that you would ever need to see my point and agree with me, and yet you still call it bs when it isn't simply because its, "not what you want".
Well guess what Taigaa, you're not going to always get what you want and I am tired of being under your snobby thumb. You may be Captain, but that does not give you the right to be a complete a** about everything. Yes, I know I have my own problems, but you shouldn't be Captain if you can't control yourself enough to listen to someone and logically plan and look at the evidence with an open mind.
Captain-ship is not a dictatorship and I will not stand by while you shoulder your weight on everyone who is too scared of you to do something. Realistically Taigaa, you should be nicer to everyone here, because there's only so much crap people will take and, sooner or later, people will get tired of your bs and leave and then you'll be all alone in your little huddle of a Guild.
I used to think this was a freaking heaven for me, but more and more it's become a hell because of the staff that oppresses every rational thought, overriding it and shoving in their own dominion and expect everyone to lie down and take it and I am tired of having to fight and argue about facts that are already canon to Bleach! This argument shouldn't even happened!
You claim to know your stuff Taigaa, but if you really do, then you don't know jack! I've been role-playing Bleach for only three years and it looks like I already know more then you! So you know what!? I'm done! Have a nice damn life!
You just lost a valuable player, who would've stayed if only the people here were just more polite and accepting, but I guess that's too much from the o-so great Taigaa herself...

It amuses me to no end that he disregarded the first part of your post and only bothered to attack your character, while still saying he was "right."

Good, he left.
Kinda hard for me to keep quiet while some moron makes assumptions about my girl like that. neutral
But then, I guess I can't blame him since he obviously doesn't pay attention. How could he know how often you accept being wrong, or that the people that are still here are still here, if he doesn't pay attention?
I say good riddance to him, I was getting rather fed up with god complex.
Good news though, Koudo gets to cut his a** down. :3

Attacking someone's character because you don't wanna admit you're wrong, how childish. Anywho, back to my Virgil box. Later peeps.
-poof- . . . -reappears- Also I won't apologize for what I said to Rath because in my opinion he deserved it. If anyone is offended, you can take it up with me in pms, but quite frankly I'm likely to reply simply: "Tough titty. He was being an a**, deal." -poofs again-
