haki dont think about an event just an enemy npc. You don't need an event to accompany him or her you just need the npc.

planty you will not know your competition because you are not directly competing against them. Do the best work and you will win, simple as that.

I cannot know who your competition is, because it could be anyone, but i'll tell you who your competition is NOT.

If we won a crew position we'd actually be demoting ourselves. Therefore, there's 3 less people to worry about.
