Hey, I needed a quick bit of help. It didn't used to matter for me before when my character didn't know Kido, but ever since the new system, he has some capabilities in Kido, but I'm confused as to what he can learn...
Does Knowledge of Kido, as in the number, determine how high a number he can go? Example; Shiruba's Knowledge is 60 with a skill of 80. Is he able to use all Kido under the #60 (with exception to the Medical Kido of course) or is there a different way of figuring that out?
I've been reading the whole Kido System and how it works, but I don't see where it says what a person can use or is limited to. Can you guys help me out?

His knowledge is 60, thus less than or equal to 60 can be used. From there you pick the proper skill level;
