Oh, I'd almost forgotten that you're in Britain~ So you're starting school soon?
Most of the states have started school, but it's Labor Day, so our schools are closed~ >:D
Also, I haven't any idea of what a doujin is. o:

Also, I haven't any idea of what a doujin is. o: Doujin is fan versions of manga. Also, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship > Snakes on a plane.

Huh, I thought a doujin was just an amateur manga not getting published or anysuch thing, regardless I am making a manga for one of my projects, and I haven't gotten started yet, once school starts though, I'll have to get working on it.

History with a minor in Japanese. I want to study Japanese history. There is a need more more Asian history professors so I wont have a hard time getting a job.

Thats really cool, glad to hear you know what you want to do with your life, a lot of people aren't sure of what they want to do. I've had a general direction of going into museum studies since I was in high school, being a college professor for a while will help me out though.

Well that means something, perhaps you should take it that they trust your knowledge of your club enough to not supply you an advisor?
Regardless its either a blessing or a curse, depends how you take it.

It's definitely a curse. A club cannot hold meetings or fundraisers without an advisor D: ...I just hope I can find another teacher who's willing to take over >.<
