The guns were out and firing before he knew what he was doing. Blind instinct, one could say. With each fired bullet from his USP customs, he spat his words out.
Touch. Her. And. Die.
The seat fell back, to land surrounded by spent casings as Iden stood abruptly and prepared to move for dear life.

*The cainite grinned and looked down at his chest. A series of neat holes perforated it, his chair tipped back as the force of each shot thrust into him. Then he whistled lowly and reached for the whiskey again*
Wheew... blessed rounds. Ouchy.
*The arm reaching out fo rthe whiskey had an inverted red cross etched into it, a tattoo or some such. Now though, it bled copiously as Seraphim took the bottle in hand as if nothing had happened*
I go where I choose and do as I please. If you wish to protect her... I suggest you try harder than that. The game is chosen. Shoot me down if you can.
*Digging his spare claws into each hole, Seraphim dropped the bullets onto the table, swigging whiskey as he did so. Then, as he replaced the bottle, he suddenly sped up and was gone. As he circled Iden beyond teh tracking of normal sight, his own guns cleared their holsters, the ROMAN look-alike, VICE aimed at the back of Iden's head, the Longinus clone, Hades aimed at his lower spine. Without a blink... Seraphim fired, two shots from each*

He was in motion from the beginning, right as soon as the bullets fell from Seraphim's hand. His own speed was hardly comparable to that which was thrown against him, but the initial two bullets missed through his evasion. He whirled about, firing with a sniper's precision at his target...and then fired a series of shots behind his back to catch the man should he pull the same trick. All of this occured within the blinking of an eye.

*A tail thick as a tree branch and dark as night moved faster than could be seen, lashing out at Iden as he moved, aiming to trip him up. At the same time, Seraphim;s entire body arched like a ballet dancers, his form rising up onto his toes as he spun side on, Iden's initial shots missing him, then speed again of the essence, the cainite vanished, only the slithering of his tail overhead indictaing he had moved up into the rafters, his black guns indistnguishable in the darkness. Iden was not the only one with a good aim. If Seraphim managed to trip Iden, the VICE gun would lay into him from above, if Iden remained standing though, Sera would wait, Hades ready to pick him off when the moment was right*

The tail DID indeed trip him. And he fell forwards into a quick roll. And then the rounds came thundering down from above. He moved quick, but he was no Neo. He dodged most of the incoming fire, but with his mobility limited for that brief instant, he couldn't avoid them all.
The first one he took in the forearms. The metal screech of his protesting gauntlets deflected the round, at the expense of knocking him into the next, which caught him in the lower torso. He landed roughly, and scrambled to move away and return fire. Now that his ability to run was hampered, though...he wouldn't be dodging much more. So as he moved, he spun and unloaded fresh magazines from the guns, blazing away with a total of 50 rounds of blessed ammunition.

*hissing and movement in the rafters indicated that Seraphim was moving to avoid the shots, his tail flcikeirng oil-like in the wan light as he darted behind the nearest pillar, shards and splinters of wood flying all about him as he snarled and took several rounds to various parts of his body. Black ichor dripped down from above after it all went quiet. It was impossible to tell where Seraphim was... only that he was bleeding. Quiet hissing slowly grew louder, then stopped. Dust rained down from above from the disturbance, further confusing the battleground as this turned to a stalking game*

Until he had some time to recover, he wasn't going to run much further, from the looks of it. A gun of that calibur, he was lucky his leg was still attatched to begin with. He took cover behind the bar, reloaded his guns, and put his focus on pulling the flesh back together now that there was no bleeding.

*No one had ever said the Sabbat elder would play fair. And indeed, he again chose to use his most overlooked asset in this game of cat and mouse - Jimmy. The little cricket like beast had gone silent again after his last dart behind the bar, and as ever, when the noisy little beast was quiet, he tended to be forgotten quick. And Iden was now behind the bar...
The small red demon, pitchfork tipped with poison, crept between teh bottles, silent, tiny, pressed to the shelves like a cockroach. Inching his way behind Iden, the demon aimed to p***k the back of the fledglings neck with his pitchfork, the numbing poisons on it enough to immobilise an elephant. And while Jimmy did this, Seraphim let a barrage of rounds fire along the front of the bar, to encourage Iden to cring back further against the shelves and distract him from possibly seeing Jimmy*

He had never expected a fair fight. But he had also never expected the bug to be the one to bear the nasty surprise.
Iden sat quite still, and reached for his belt to prime a grenade when the sting hit his neck. And that was pretty much the end of his hopes of winning the fight. Oh, sure, as soon as Seraphim started to reload he stood and opened fire, but already his rate of fire was sluggish, and his aim failing in its normal precision. A few moments more and he was down.

*The struts of the rafters protected Seraphim to some extent, his tail and calves taking the most damage as he used them to hang on to his position while the clips of frehs bullets slid home. Only once Iden dropped did the Sabbat deign to return to the floor, the really rather terrfying might of Hades levelled at Iden's head as he slowly rounded the bar, not seeming to care that he was dripping ichor all the while*
I win.
*Jimmy hopped up onto the muzzle of the gun as Seraphim used his off hand to select and light a cigarette, coiling the cancer stick between fore and middle finger and exhaling a lungful of smoke before he met Iden;s eyes*

He uttered a soft, almost impassive word. Even now he still had the mask of detatchment going for him, it seemed.
Damn.
He couldn't very well move at the moment, or else he would have dropped the grenade in his hand...pity the pin hadn't been pulled. It would've been amusing to see him pull another suicide tactic.

*Leaning down, Seraphim plucked the 'nade from Iden's unresisting fingers, tossed it up and down a few times, then pocketed it after making sure the pin was fully in place. Holstering the Hades, he stuck the cigarette between his fangs as he leant down and swept Iden up onto his back, taking the weight over his shoulders as he fireman carried Iden towards the thorny shadows lurking at one end of the room*
Made a promise to your kid. But if Mahommet cant come to the mountain... the mountain comes to Mahommet. Got a special little area picked out for you.
*When he shadowstepped, it was clear this was no mere shift between places. It was a shift between realms too. Having said that, the realm Seraphim brought Iden to looked no different. Same Tavern, same array of bottles and tables, same shadows they stepped out of. The only thing NOT the same was the overpowering sense of evil and foreboding that came from the floor beneath. And it was with something akin to inescapable fate that Seraphim headed for the stairs leading down*

Oh for joy.
He really couldn't do all that much. So he pretty much just hung there like the corpse he was.

Got a present for you. As your woman means so much.
*The stairs creaked under foot, darkness parting before Seraphim as he descended into the darkness. Not much could be seen, the wall of black incurring on the vision five meters ahead at all times, but very faint whimpering was just about discernable, as was a clinking sound, and soft, dark growling. Only when Seraphim finally reached the bottom of the steps did he do something about the conditions*
Lights. Down boy.
*The darkness cowered back from Seraphims voice, retreating to the corners of the dark area until it revealed Mongrel, the alternate Yoachi, draped disturbingly over a chained and frightened Bella, his blue-black serpents tongue lavishing over her in incredibly wrong and lewd ways. Again, at Seraphims voice, Mongrel cowered back, then slunk across the floor to his side, whining joyfully when he spotted Iden*
You brought him.... father. Brother. All is well. Of course kiddo. Do I ever let you down? Now be a good boy and clear a table for me. Isabella, stop whinging. Have I not brought you your lover?
*Seraphims grin was wicked. The chained woman, suspended off the floor and as scarred as Sera had made the MAIN line version, bowed her head in suplicity, her cries stopping for all she still seemed as terrified, even of Iden. As Mongrel cleared one of the few tables that dotted about the room, Seraphim rolle dhis shoulders and let the limp corpse that was Iden flop over onto it, then stood back to finish his cigarette, admiring Isabella's nude body*
Beautiful, isnt she? Your handiwork really was best shown here.

His eyes narrowed as the familiar, yet horribly eschewed faces were brought to where he could see them. It was about the most he could do, in all honesty. He couldn't feel his body, and most certainly couldn't move it beyond the minimums of speaking and looking.
Don't call me "father," whelp. You're not the kid I adopted.
Somehow he managed to work up the ability to spit. It was a disgusting clot of half crusted blood mixed with dry saliva, but it was spit nonetheless.
