metal mist (asura's madeups time!) Scarf of Insanity- this scarf is a very long one that covers Asura's entire body. upon the center of the scarf where his face is hidden are 3 sideways eyes. This scarf is always present around Asura, it also appeares to be part of him as it will move at his whim. this technique is really just an ability to manipulate his scarf through chakra pulses. he can even rebuild this scarf from his skin by stretching his skin to the length of the new scarf.(pure control over a scarf through chakra pulses. allowing for slight safety of never having to get to close.) Alchemic Circle of Insanity- a very powerful form of alchemy, asura puts his hands together, which makes him look like he is praying or begging. once he does this large glowing bloodred alchemy circles form behind, or around him, or wherever else he chooses. these alchemy circles have different uses then usual ones as they have 4 uses, speed, strength, flight, and shielding. they can be used to give a large speed boost to movements, increase strength for a short period of time, lift the user or an opponent into the air for the time it is present, or work as a shield to stop any sort of large crushing attack. although use for shielding can be a total protection, it will drain the users chakra at a rapid rate. cough cough... >_>

Obscure- basically one at a time, although you use one or more of the alchemic circles for each of the boosts. the shield is a series of 6 surrounding the body, flight would be outward like a pair of wings. speed would simply be behind somewhere (just general ideas for each of them) but it would just take more chakra to use more at once. thats about all.

Bone-Risen Corpse Manipulation:
Coinciding with the bloodline technique Honekamen hensei, the user may instead of manipulating the bones of the dead, instead manipulate the dead to a certain degree per level that the Honekamen hensei takes. At the first level, instead of turning the bones into a weapon, with the use of chakra, the bones may instead rise and fight on their own, much like a puppet. Though the action is delayed, due to some skeletons being broken up, or buried too deeply to simply rise and attack. As in the Honekamen hensei technique, this jutsu works mainly on only the dead that are within a five meter radius. But at the Honekamen hensei's final level, it may harden the joints of the opponent, in a sense, causing them pain, to move their body within the stated area around the user.

I hope this one isn't classified as too strong either, and for those of you that may be confused upon reading it. It's based off the leveling of my previous made-up, Honekamen hensei L.V. 1 [Bone-Mask Formation L.V. 1] which is above, so the stronger the mask technique becomes, the stronger this one, until it reaches it's final stages.
Hope it's accepted <3 lol.

Jutsu Idea:
Jikokumen
The Jikokumen, or the mask which is set upon his face, allows the ability to enhance the strength of time and sleep based jutsu by threading chakra into the mask, it's design forms in red, showing that the effect has been activated. Basically, it cuts cost of chakra, for those types of attacks, along with making them a little stronger, it does nothing really against the enemy, and adds no true physical atributes to the Zaman.
I figure, it's weak, considering it does no real attack, and doesn't make him super strong or the like xD

Energy Crystals- a pair of ruby red crystals inserted into each of Android 17s hands. these crystals work in 2 ways. they can absorb energy, or they can release it. the use of absorbing energy is the crystals must be in contact with something living, then it proceeds to suck energy from it. the energy drained can be used for regular techniques or burst techniques. a burst technique would simply be releasing the gathered energy at once in a beam form.

Demon creates more clones using the kage Bushin technique, after that the clones circle there opponent creating a huge cyclone of slashing claws, tearing there opponent into pieces.
