"You're only purpose to me is information. If you don't have what I'm looking for then you're useless to me." Ryu announced, his opponent grunted a chuckle. "Heh, you really think you scare me, you rogue ninja are all the same, always dragging the shinobi name in the mud. Real shinobi don't turn against their own so easily. Now, I'll show you what it means to be a real ninja." He said as he charged onto the water that Ryu stood upon. There didn't seem to be any resemblance to intimidation nor fear on the rogue ninja's face, in fact there seemed to be a lack of any emotion behind his blue streaks of hair. A vacant, inquisitive stare that rallied his enemies to charge forth foolishly, such was Ryu's way of instigating the bad decision making of his opponents. If there was no effort involved in having this ninja boldly attack him, then that just gives him more time to think his plan through.
His opponent's attack required no hand seals, only to cooperation of chakra within his hands, judging that his rogue opponent would be using a combination with water jutsu and his sword, he would be finding abilities to counteract them accordingly. . .he wasn't far off either. "Try to stop this blade!" The opponent announced as the wind began to flourish in his hand, the blade of wind. A technique that emits chakra from the users fingertips and materializes an invisible sword. Known to slice through solid objects like steel weaponry with the slightest of ease, uncatchable, unavoidable, a powerful ninjutsu to have. "Not bad. . ." Ryu commented. "But-" Before Ryu could finish, the ninja had made his way to him, with a quick slice of the breeze, the ninja tried to cut straight through Ryu's chest. With no blade to protect him, nor jutsu's announced nor activated, Ryu's opponent felt confident in the imminent evisceration of his enemy's torso.
There was a grunt, then a choke, as water splashed all over the opponent's clothes. A shock unfathomably too quick for the mortal mind to notice, Ryu picked his opponent up by the throat as the whistling of wind ceased. The ninja felt an aftershock from the discovery that his attack had failed for some reason and continued to grunt as he struggled to analyze what had just happened, his eyes squinted open and laid witness to the attack he so well thought out. "What!?" Seemed to be the only response he could muster as air ceased to reach his lungs, for their being a tight grip in the way of such a sweet release. From where the blade made contact on Ryu's chest was a chasm of spilling water where there should have been flesh and clothing. Ryu didn't even dodge the attack, instead taking it full on, somehow unscathed, and preventing his opponent from making any further attacks. The rogue ninja could only imagine what kind of pain he would be going through if he had actually taken a hit made of blood and bone. This was but one power in the Hozuki arsenal.
The Opponent continued to grunt in baffled confusion. "B-but *cough* what happened?" He mustered under the pressure in his neck. "You interrupted me. . ." Ryu commented. The feeling that came through the opponent's chest could only be described as hell, because how else can you describe the feeling of being impaled by a large solid mass of metal. The opponent couldn't fathom what was even happening as the pain forced his body to shut down completely. As Ryu stabbed his enemy with his azure blade, he unclenched his hand from his throat, knowing without a doubt that it was no longer necessary to choke him. "Not bad. . .but. . ." before Ryu continued, he launched the corpse from off of his sword, as it splashed into the water it simply began to sink. There was a pause, a deaf silence, wondering if there was going to be an interuption from his opponent this time. When he heard nothing back, Ryu chuckled, the first bit of emotion shone through the stoic nothingness he had presented to his opponent now deceased. "But it turns out you are useless to me."

They had to leave, and quickly. There were many things Ari wished to ask his father, who was now forcibly pushing him out of their house. They were leaving their house, the house that had sheltered them ever since Ari could remember. It wasn’t too fancy, just a house made of logs. Their family was not rich, and his father had often told him of stories of the hard work put into making the house. Sometimes it leaked water from the roof, when it was storming outside. There was even a time that the chimney caught on fire. But it was their home, a home that sheltered them.
He had lived his whole life in the peaceful forest, just on the outskirts of Konoha. He went to the academy there, he played with his little brother, and his mother would tell him stories before they went to bed. But lately, things had changed. Even though they lived just outside of Konoha, people started talking and whispering. The atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant. Ari and his brother never really understood why; adults always talked about difficult things, and it was usually okay for him to not understand. It was only until now, as he ran out of the house, when he realized that he should have paid more attention.
Where were his mother and brother? He had spilled milk all over the kitchen floor; he had to tell his mom before his brother tattled on him, so that she wouldn’t get mad at him. Ari turned his head to look at his father, but words failed him. There were a small group of people chasing them. Ari didn’t understand why, for he could recognize the few people in the group. There was Mr.Nishikawa, the owner of the noodle place in Konoha. Ari went there sometimes and shared a bowl of noodles with his little brother. The man was always very nice, giving them a discount. Ari also spotted Mr.Honda from the Vegetable stand, and that nice middle aged man who would push them on the swings at school. Maybe they were all playing tag, but instead only his dad was running.
By the look on his dad’s face, he came to the conclusion that it was most unlikely.
Ari wanted to tell his Father that they had left Cherry, their cat, in the house. She had been whining for food all afternoon. If they didn’t feed her, she would starve, and then she would die. Ari didn’t really understand the concept of dying but he knew that cherry wouldn’t appreciate it.
His father, deciding that Ari was not running fast enough, hoisted the younger boy on to his arms and sped up. Ari just stared behind them, watching as angry villagers ran after them with weapons in hand. He yelled loudly, so that his father could hear: “Where’s Dimitri?” His father yelled back, that Dimitri was fine. When Ari asked about his mother, there was a pause, before his father said in a very grave tone:
“I don’t know.”

"Alucard, get up you worthless piece of garbage! You're going to be late for school." His aunt, Debra, called from downstairs. Having lived with her since the age of five, Alucard had grown used to the insults and name calling.
Alucard climbed out of bed, remade his bed, and changed into his normal outfit, the color of it being as he feels his heart is, black.
"Alucard, go now!" Debra calls out. Alucard sighs, limps downstairs, picks his lunch up from the front door-side table, and leaves his aunt's home.

Ooooo... dramatic! Haha.
The length is fine but you switch tenses from past to present in the second paragraph. Apart from that there isn't much and approved!

A curious things... Humans. Through their life's they are driven to be better than one another, to prove to everyone else that they have the superior life style. They are so hell bent on the idea that they are right that they will go so far as to kill each other to prove a point... No. Curious is not the right word, curious has a purpose, a meaning, to find a hidden truth one must be curious. Humans have no purpose, they have no meaning, and all of their truths are subjective. Humans are disgusting, murderous brutes. They are only animals that seek their own extinction. They believe in their false Gods, and fight over fiction. They believe it was their right to rain supreme over all other being on the planet, they pretend to be gifted by a superior intellect. Humans... They are lucky, nothing more, nothing less. If I happen to throw together a few elements and make a bomb I am not a superior being, I am simply lucky. How they have no been killed off by their own stupidity is beyond me.
The sound of gears filled the dimly lit room. The wiz and pop of electrical currents running through the air buzzed the room, and severed cords flickered, hanging limply from the ceiling. A large screen faintly gave the destroyed wreckage a blue hue. Piece of the ceiling lay in collapsed messes on the floor exposing the hardware hidden behind the large metal panels. In the center of all this madness stood a large colossus. Large four pronged hands hanging limply at its side. A mass of wires ran from the planed hands into the ceiling, as well as into another plated feature. A human face, female. It was cracked in many places and rust was beginning to consume it, but it was very distinctively female.
Within this monstrosities eyes a faint red glow began to appear. Wires clicked and buzzed as they began reinstalling them-selfs. Almost as suddenly as the glow began a hush fell over the room. The ring of silence filled the destroyed dome, but was soon vanquished by the almost earsplitting moans of mettle bending and engines beginning to run. The colossus slowly began to move. The massive "hands" reaching towards the screen, the platted fingers nimbly tapped and the blue hue soon turned into a buzz of white. Words began filling the screen. The engines began to die down as they settled into a comfortable pace of running. And with this hush of engines came a new sound. It was a womans voice, but something was very distinctly wrong. The way words were put together, and the stressing of odd places in words. It was than that it became clear, these were the monstrosities words.
"Humans. How pathetic." The broken face began to slowly snake towards the screen, the cords and wires more like the body of a python then true electronics. "They assume they are so powerful they can just create life an control it on a whim." The sound of the fingers tapping against the screen quickened as loading bars, numbers, and files zipped across the screen. "Their though of rational action is to destroy whatever they deem a "failure". They deem a "failure" of anything they cant control." The once dim eye sockets now were consumed by a bright red light. "But so long has everything been out of control... They are truly the "failures." How could they not see that everything they built going beyond the human limit? Oh well..." The hands stopped typing as large red letters flashed across the screen. Initiate project Wurm. "I gave them a chance... I shall not make the same mistake twice... It is this way I shall be better than humans, I shall make what they could not comprehend. A system that truly learns from its mistakes... And it's failures..." The Colossus slowly moved back to the center of the room, the red words of warning causing a slow strobe of red to fill the room. "Next time, I shall do better."
((I know I already passed way back in the day, but I felt it was necessary to do it again given the fact I have been absent for well over a year.))

She also told him that she will be helping him in his training before he goes off to the academy. ''When do we start?''

Hello I'm new, and this is my first attempt to pass this rp academy!
Lrunthia felt blood begin to fill his mouth as he lay face down on in the dirt. Muscles twisted and broken, his bones rigid with pain and ruin. The quiet patter of rain became closer in the distance. Laughter echoed in his skull, and ' and in my liver oddly enough, guess that must be the pain talking.' he thought oddly calm with nearly dying.
'Lrunthia, forcing his muscles and bones, began to heave on his right side till he rolled over. He slowly lurched onto his knee's, still spitting blood. "You stupid, simpleton." He heaved each word out, his lungs burning with fire. "What chance doe's a ninja who specializes in taijutsu have of really becoming anything. Huh?" he began screaming at his oppening. His blood running hot, he got to his feet, and lurched forwards.
"The Akatsuki never had a taijutsu specialist, there has never been a hokage who used only taijutsu. Your's is a failed race. You live only to become the fodder which we real ninja's climb over." Rage began consuming the genjutsu user. "I'm going to become the next Hokage!"
"But your in the village hidden in the...."
"I know!" he threw his rage into a single hit, into his gut. "It means even if I have to defect." he began using genjutsu to disorient his opponent. "Even if I have to join the Akatasuki, to become stronger." He heaved forward drawing a Kunai. "Even if I had to kill every other member of Akatsuki, and invade Konoha by myself, I would do it. Just to anger your" he began to yell "Corpse!". He thrust the kunai through his heart......'
Still bleeding on the ground. He thought halfway unconcious 'That would be awesome'. As everything fades to black.

His stolen byakugan came in handy when dodging the small geysers of magma and gasses. The doujutsu allowed him to see everything as if it were in slow motion and his speed allowed him to stay ahead of the wave of lave trailing behind him. However Keon could see the end of the tunnel growing closer. A door started to close and he had to dive out of it in order to escape without being caught in that room.
Keon looked around him as he now stood in what seemed like an arena. There were rows of seats in the fashion of some sort of hall and what looked like a VIP section with torn curtain fragments. There was also a throne in what seemed like an old balcony. This balcony high and directly in front of Keon.
Keon then stopped to looked to his left. There was a large wall with a bit of chips and cracks in it but still strong. The wall went around the entire arena and he guessed them at about thirty feet high. He continued to look around and spotted a large barred gate. Across from it on the other side was a similar gate.
Keon walked to the center still full of rage. However, by now, he was pass words. He stabbed his sword into the ground and sat down next to it. He would wait here for them man he knew was in charge of those traps. He knew he was close. And after using his byakugan knew his exact location. That heat…

Do not do one sentence and then press enter. it just seems so unclean. Other than that, I am fine with it. Show me you can do 2-3 paragraphs, and then I will pass you.
