Amros smiled and tipped his hat to McKenzie. He took the offered hand and bowed over it, smiling. He released McKenzie's hand and straightened. "Amros. The pleasure is all mine."

McKenzie nodded firmly to the man before taking an opportunity to look over his surroundings. "Is it just me or does every garden in this place look terribly familiar to one another?", he asked frusterated. McKenzie fixed his pink trenchcoat, smoothing it out with his palms.

Amros smiled and 'hmm'ed softly, looking around. "True. Plants are plants, one could say." He laughed.

"I'm sorry, I don't mean to ramble", he assured the man. McKenzie fluttered his wings some, stretching them as it was a nervous habit he had when meeting new people. "I'm sure you have important things to attend to", he said.

"If I did, would I be wandering here?" Amros raised an eyebrow, before offering another smile. "Trust me. I would have said something."

McKenzie shrugged a shoulder a nodded. "I suppose that's a very valid point", he said. McKenzie fiddled in his pocket, pulling two quaters from it. McKenzie moved closer to the fountain and closed his eyes briefly before plopping the coin into the water. "Quater for wishful thinking?", he asked Amros offering him the coin.

"Quarters? I thought it was pennies and wishes." Amros took the coin and examined it, turning it over in his hands.

"Well, isn't a quater technically just twenty five pennies?", he asked with a frown thinking some. McKenzie shrugged, "Consider it a wish times, twenty five?", he said with a firm nod.

Amros chuckled. "Twenty five times the wish, huh?" He looked it over once more before balancing it on his thumb and flicking it into the water. "Ah, what a funny thing."

McKenzie nodded in agreement. "Indeed it is. What'd you wish for?", he asked rather curiously.

"If I tell you, doesn't that negate it?" Amros looked over at McKenzie, and smiled. "Or do I get to tell it to twenty four people before it's canceled? It was a quarter, after all."

McKenzie shrugged, this was a tricky situation. "That depends on how much your wish meant to you I suppose. It's your call", he said nodding. McKenzie fluttered his wings again, still adjusting to the stranger.

"All wishes should mean something though, hm?" Amros laughed, then crossed his arms. "I wished for...tea, and blueberry scones."

McKenzie laughed, nodding. "Well, I wished to get out of here. Perhaps you could show me the way out of here? I know of a coffeeshop in town. They have tea and every kind of scone you could imagine, my treat", he said.

"Ah, s both of our wishes are granted?" Amros chuckled. "Well, I do think I remember the way out. So, perhaps you could show me this...coffeeshop." He smiled and tipped his hat, gesturing towards the path.
