Personality: i've been told i'm very unique I have a very dry sense of humor and I am one of those friends who ends up being the sounding board alot of the time.

I picked up my first instrument in 1st grade which was the recorder, my 6th grade year I got admitted to the oak harbor middle school band playing the baritone, then in my 7th grade year, I switched over to alto saxophone, the reason being it had more buttons (that actually was the reason -_-') also that year I auditioned and got to join the oak harbor middle school jazz band, then in my 8th grade year, I was asked to play the baritone saxophone because we did not have any other baritone saxophones and way to many alto's. I was also in the jazz and concert band that year. Then onto my high school years, freshman year I auditioned for and didn't get into the jazz band for the first semester, I was also placed in the mid-level symphonic band the beginning of the year and I also joined pep band. Second semester of my freshman year I was allowed into the jazz band on a trial basis because the bari-sax player was graduating that year, and also I was told that without a doubt I would be in the wind ensemble band my sophomore year, I wasn't able to switch mid term because there was no room (the counselors had put me in the wrong band because they never got a review from my former band teacher). my sophomore year was my first full year in jazz band, and like wise my first full year in wind ensemble, and of course pep band. Junior year I went crazy I joined the symphonic band, the wind ensemble and jazz band and I also volunteered my time with the entry level concert band while still doing pep band. (junior year was also the year I earned my title as destructoman but thats for a different thread) and finally my senior year I was in the Wind Ensemble,Jazz Band and pep band. I've been to the SJMEA Large Band Contest since sophomore year, and also played a couple solos for concerts, and I substituted for our communities baritone saxophone player while he was out sick, and I got to play one concert during that brief time. other then that I had one friend in band with me and she played the flute. Finally I joined Bell Choir at the age of 16 started out on the treble bells found them to much of a pain and switched to the bass bells, I have been to several bell choir camps and survived them all. Thats about it for now.....
