The twins were scared for Nate. Aki had tears in his eyes as he prayed. Yuki was crying and asked her daddy..."Is Nate going to die?"

Eric says, "I don't know honey. It is up to Nate. Mommy is talking to him. But even if he does die, he will be happy for he will be here in heaven...just in another part of heaven than here where daddy lived. They go to the other side of heaven but it is very nice there." Then he says "You can go outside and be with Sophia if you want." The twins decide to stay. "We want to take Nate to visit Sophia and the ponies."

Lissa and Stephan were crying, Alex did not understand but he crawled on his bed to sit by his side. Alex makes baby noises at Nate as if talking to him.

Eric smiles when Sonja returns. He says to the twins "Nate will be okay. He is coming back to be with us but he will have to stay here for a while and get better before he can come home. When he is better you can take him to visit the ponies" They were happy as well as Lissa and Stephan that were relieved. Alex sat next to Nate.

He then says to Sonja. "Your wings changed because you were promoted to the rank of guardian angel. You are now Nate's guardian angel for your helping him." He gives her a kiss.

Eric says "We could see if there is a book and what's in it if you want but you don't need a book to be a guardian. Okay kids why don't we go to my old house and you can rest. We can come see Nate later. Lissa and Stephan you can stay with Peter and his sister their place has a guest room."

Lissa and Stephan nod "we will sit with Nate so he won't be alone when he wakes up. "

Eric makes a bed appear in the corner of his old studio home and tucks the twins in. "You guys take a nap then you can see Nate again and play with Sophia later. I am sure she would be glad to see you again."

After the twins fall asleep, Eric takes Sonja to a library. "Your file was big because Kingston was looking for you so it had more things because he was tracking you. Not everyone has their own personal guardian. I only became your guardian after you came here and went home." He looks up Nate and finds it, it was a small file. "Here is Nate's it has where he was born, a little about his life and his sins. His sins were mostly due to his owner breeding him so they don't count against him. Looks like nothing major. You can read it at my house while I go deal with the people that kidnapped our children. I need to document their crimes so that they can be punished properly."

Eric says "Things are entered automatically into the book. You will notice at the end that it will note his heroism for trying to stop the man from hurting Yuki and therefore redeemed his sins. If you were to look at the book of the man that hurt Nate, you will see that his sin would be red flagged because he almost killed Nate and kidnapped a family member of a high ranking angel which is a higher sin since it is a crime against angels." Eric says "I am adding my own deposition to the files of those who kidnapped our children so that their sins will be elevated and they will have more severe punishment." He kisses her as he leaves her to read while he goes off to the Palace of Justice. "I will be back soon."

Lissa and Stephan were very worried still but Peter assured them that Nate would recover in time. Peter says "It may take a month or two but Nate will be okay. It just takes time. Make sure he does not strain himself too much for a couple of months then he can go back to regular activities if he feels okay." Peter went to get them something to eat and tell his sister that they would have guests. Sophia was excited that the twins were there and that she could see them after they had their nap.

Lissa and Stephan were elated when Nat stirred. "Nate? We are here honey." she says as she gives him a kiss on the forehead. Stephan holds his hand as Alex squirms in his arms so he puts him on the bed next to Nate.

Lissa says "No my dear it was not your fault...they would have just broken in. You were very brave and saved Yuki. You need to rest and get better." Stephan had tears of joy on his face. "Nate I am so glad you came back to us."

Eric comes back after an hour. He was satisfied with the judgement against the group that kidnapped the kids. "They will all get hard labor in prison for their crimes for this lifetime. Nate has woken up. Did you find his file interesting?"

Eric smiles "Okay I won't ask you to tell me Nate's secrets." He nods when she says she wanted to give Nate time with his family. "We can go later and relieve them later and take our turn to watch Nate so that they can rest. I'm sure he will be fine but I don't think that he would want to be alone in his hospital bed." He sits on the bed next to Sonja putting his hand on her belly. "Well I don't know if babies grow faster here or not but she is very active." He smiles as he feels another kick.

Stephan says "Yuki is fine and she is not mad at you. She does feel guilty that you got hurt because of her. But she will be happy that you are going to be okay. The twins went to take a nap, they were kind of wiped out after the trauma you guys had." Alex crawled to Nate and sat next to his arm, talking baby talk.
