 <--Part 1 and Part 2 --> There is an old saying that goes, "The Texas Ranger can ride like a Mexican, trail like an Indian, shoot like a Tennessean, and fight like the very devil."

I tried to make Texas as close to his profile picture as I could, but that drawing style and mine are so different he doesn't look too similar... ^^;

haha! The coon hat is pretty much the symbol of the frontiersmen. It wasn't just TN that wore them, but since his state animal is also the raccoon I pretty much let it be his staple. I think TN wore coon hats from pre-Revolutionary War until just before (maybe even during) the Civil War.
When I draw old comics of him during the days of the coon hat, if I ever show him getting flustered or freaked out, I'll draw the tail frizzed out like a cat's tail. xd

(NC is the founder of Krispy Kreme, Pepsi-cola, Cheerwine, Texas Pete hot sauce, Hardees, Bojangles, Golden Corral, Mount Olive Pickle Company, and Cook Out.) Sorry but there was now way I was gonna drive an hour to Krispy Kreme on a Monday Night >.<; and Vanilla Coke is expensive emotion_8c

XD don't know why I keep re-playing this HetaOni Video over and over but every time I hear America go "Oh Texas!" I'm like 'Texas? Where? Oh... he means his glasses." >.<

Haha! well, TN's largest ancestry group has historically been considered Irish (although he'll just answer American). Not sure if that's supposed to be Ireland-Ireland or Northern Ireland... I'm assuming a mix of the two. *shrugs*
Anyway, it's good you two apparently share a love for food. xd Must be in the genes.

Must be in the genes NC's largest non-English immigrant group before the Revolution was the Scot-Irish from what is now day Northern Ireland.
Interesting. Now I know a little bit more about my family ancestors.

I only know about Chik-Fil-A, The Varsity, Ole Mexican Foods, and Frontera Mex-Mex Grill coming from Georgia along with Coca-Cola. I'm sure we have more, but I don't pay too much attention to what food companies are based or originated here. xd
"If y'all want some good food, then don't feel shy to pop on by and help yourself to my cooking. I learned a lot of different stuff over time. Paula Dean's like a goddess of cooking for me, and I respect her consistency of using butter in most of her cooking."
Ah, Paula Dean. She's a Southern Cooking Sweetheart... Too bad her cooking will send you to an early grave due to how much fat is in it. Then again, I guess tat's how most of the food is here. In fact, almost every family I know who's lived here all or most of their lives keeps a jar of bacon fat for cooking. sweatdrop I guess when you get to the bigger cities you find healthier stuff. Atlanta's got a whole lot of really good 5 star restaurants that are high class and healthy, but any where else and you're either eating at a dinner, a BBQ place, a buffet, or having yourself some good ole fashioned country cookin'.

Paula Dean's pictures on magazines kind of scare me... It's like she has a crazy smile.
Does anyone know if something happened to Dragon Fire (The girl who was playing Hawaii)? It seemed like she was briefly on yesterday but when I messaged her I didn't get any response. I wonder if she's having internet trouble or something.
Hehe. One of the weird things about coming into Georgia was our pizza hut adventure. One of our friends for some reason had it in their head we NEEDED to eat at a Pizza Hut that had a buffet so we kept trying different Pizza Hunts along the way. When we got into Northern Georgia my other friend's iphone (our map) was like, "This is THE ONLY PIZZA HUT IN GA." We were all like "wtf is this? That can't be! o_o" but luckily it had a buffet. I don't know if the iphone was playing tricks on us or if pizza hut really isn't in GA... but I'm still kind of reeling from there being wine in the gas stations.
