Captain Kaito ~ Le Rules & Games ~ Now, as I already stated, the rules are quite simple. All you have to do is one of the following: either roll a certain amount of dice or generate a random number. If you get one of the winning numbers, then you get a ticket. Once you have gathered up enough tickets, then you will be able to exchange them for prizes. Simple enough.
